Superior Green Turf

I am so pleased with the way my landscaping turned out. Superior Green Turf handles my estimate with professionalism, courtesy, and ease of scheduling. The estimator came out and measured on a Thursday (before a holiday) and they were starting work the following Tuesday. The fees were broken down and up front from the beginning. Nothing changed from the time of my estimate to my final payment. If you don't know anything about artificial turf, you should ask around, because it is pretty pricey, so don't expect it to be cheap. But SGT has the most competitive prices in El Paso since most of the landscapers get their turf from them!The actual landscapers worked very well as a team, and they were very respectful to me and my family. They showed my kids and I what they were doing and even offered to let us put our hand prints in our fresh concrete. They worked so hard to get the job done within three days, but did not rush. I could definitely see the balance of them taking their time and getting the job done as expected. As they were putting finishing touches on the yard they actually brushed the turf, raked rocks and swept up all the dirt. I never thought I would be so happy about rocks and fake grass.

Superior Green Turf has been excellent so far. We had a few estimates lined up for artificial turf in our backyard. The first estimate we got was an outrageous amount (I won't name the company) and then Bill from Superior Green Turf came over and was excellent. He was so knowledgeable about their products and gave us a great price. We cancelled all of our other appointments because we were sold! After letting Bill know we wanted to do work with them, they came in (2 days of work) and when I got home from work, I saw beautiful green grass in my backyard. It was glorious. We picked the rock color that is our border and Bill came over a few days later to give us the warranty (15 years) and pick up payment. They put the turf together a certain way (no tarp) because we have a dog. So I'm happy that you can't smell the pee. It just evaporates with the sun or sinks down into the ground under the turf. We will spray every 2-3 months with a certain spray used particularly for the turf to clean it. We water it down weekly just to give it a quick clean and to cool it down a bit right before we go outside... you know how that desert heat can get! We first called this company because our friend used them and was happy with the product. Word of mouth is awesome marketing. Bill was very helpful and we love sitting on our patio looking out at green grass instead of the brown dirt we used to have. We will be calling them when we landscape our front yard!

We have four large yards done at different times at Spa for Paws. We went with the pet turf and are extremely satisfied! They did a really good job, it looks great, and the dogs love it! The oldest one is a year old and it has held up well. The installation was done pretty quickly each time and we are well pleased and will use them again!

Things started very well with this company, the turf area is really nice and so is the sidewalk. In the middle of our yard project COVID-19 shut everything down but we had "staining the concrete" left. Once businesses started to reopen we called to see if our project would be finished. They didn't really seem interested and never got back to us. Several more calls to them and they finally sent someone out to stain the sidewalk. We are beyond disappointed with the end result. We talked to the company immediately and they got rude real quick saying we picked the color and they would have to charge more to fix it. Ok. I get it. Lesson learned. I am mostly disappointed because this company has great reviews but no pride in the work they are providing. It seemed like because of the lockdown we became an afterthought. I have enclosed pictures of the dark to light stain and the color it should be (that we agreed upon in the beginning).

I ordered a bag of the zeofill crystals for our artificial turf after speaking with a very helpful gentleman from their company on Thursday. On the site- it says next day shipping, which I probably wrongly assumed was the case for superior green turf. When I wrote them to inquire about the status of the shipment, because I had not yet received it- they just asked me to refer to their shipping information on the site, instead of what would be a simple - yes your shipment is on its way and should get there by _____. I tried to locate superior green turf (this was the name included in the email correspondence on the distributor list in so cal). I could not find them on the distributor list (I'm guessing the company is a different name), and thus could not review their shipping policies. Because we need the product today (we are going out of the country for tomorrow), my husband just drove to Armstrong garden center in westchester and bought the bags himself. I then emailed the company to tell them I could not find the shipping policies and to just please cancel my order. The response was "your order has already been shipped, you'll have to return when you get it and pay the return shipping fees." Needless to say I am not pleased with the quality (or lack thereof) of customer service.

Superior Green Turf came to my rescue ! They fixed the crappy wrinkled work of Estrada Landscaping and even removed all the dirt Estrada hid under the Turf. Arturo from Superior Turf was a blessing and breathe of fresh air. I felt calm and at ease once he reassured me "you're in good hands now" . The owner did not even ask for payment until the job was 100% complete !!!! Will use again and recommend

A representative was supposed to show up to my house for an estimate one day in May so I cancelled my plans so I would be home but they didn't show up. I texted them and they said he would be there the next day. A guy showed up and said he didn't know how to measure my yard because it wasn't straight so he would bring somebody the next week to help him. He tried to sell me a water softening system (his side job) while he was there. He never came back the next week. I called back and left a message but nobody ever responded. I texted and nobody ever responded. I called and somebody finally answered. He gave me the standard, "text me your details and we will get back with you" response. I told him I already did all of that and nobody has helped me. He said he would look at my information and get back to me. Nobody responded. I reached out to them via Messenger and I got a message saying that the owner would be contacting me. They never did. UPDATE I actually posted this review and removed it because somebody called me after I posted it and he said that he would send somebody on 08/26 or today, 08/27. I figured I would give them one more chance. I texted on 08/26 to confirm and got no response. Here it is 08/27 and nobody has called or come by. If this is the level of customer service they provide, it's probably best that I choose one of the other three companies that had the courtesy to show up when they said they would.
