The food is excellent. Communicating with the staff is not so good. I was turned away for trying to order a pound of brisket with no sides and treated very poorly. I will not be back!

This place is always clean, customer service is on point, salsa bar is awesome and the food is delicious especially for what you get! What more could you ask for!

It was our first time there, stopping by during a royal trip from CA to TX. We didn't expect the food was that good. We ordered steak quesadillas and chimichanga because they sold out chicken and ribs. But the food was so delicious! I truly enjoyed and satisfied.

We spotted this fast food restaurant just before checking into a nearby Best Western Plus and decided to give it a try. We are so happy that we did. This restaurant offers daily specials, so I tried the Friday ribs special that included sausage and chicken (of course). The meal also includes two sides, so I ordered the chihuahua corn and charro beans. Everything tasted great, and I could not finish the meal, so we took the rest home for later. This is one of the better fast food restaurants that we have visited and offered a lot of food (that sticks to your ribs!) for the dollar, so we would highly recommend this restaurant for a quick and delicious meal at a very reasonable price.

Did not have a pleasant experience here. We decided to enjoy tacos for dinner for tonight. We were tired so we decided to order our food to go. We ordered 3 entrees. Upon receiving our orders we noticed we were only given enough cilantro for one taco on each plate of 4 total tacos. So we kindly requested if we could have a little more to have enough for our tacos. A Cuban woman rudely responded with an assertive, "NO!" "We don't give more cilantro for Togo orders here. Even though the restaurant was completely empty and nobody was there. This has happened more than once where the customer service on This particular Super Pollo was not customer friendly. Very rude staff. Especially the Cuban woman who helped up. The address was 4101 Billy Hext Road. Please address this problem as though I'm sure I'm not the only person they have treated this way. Maybe that's why there is no customers there. I normally don't complain but, I'm tired of going there and dealing the unfriendly staff who acts like they don't like working there and like the customers bother them. Luv the food. Need a friendly user staff. Thank you.

This was maybe my favorite place in town. I used to come weekly. However they are going downhill and raising prices. They had the best homemade chips and they were free for dine in. This was one of my biggest reasons for choosing Super Pollo over the other Mexican in town. I also thought their prices were a good value. However the last time I went they had no chips available and apparently hadn't for a few days with no explanation. They also significantly raised their prices. I also noticed other changes like them switching from shredding their own cheese to buying pre shredded lower quality cheese. I think with the price hikes and no chips I don't know if I'll come back. Food is still pretty good but I'm overall disappointed.

The food here is horrible the service is even worse. This I like a chik fil a that you ordered off wish. I gave them two shots to get it right but would never come here again.

Oooooooh boy, I won't bash this place wholeheartedly because the people who work there are nice. But maaaaaan was this food bad, got somewhere else y'all because this is not worth the crazy high prices
