Super Elotes Richy's Restaurant

Went here despite the 2 and a half stars. Wanted to check it out and looked like to go orders were fast but with 6 tables during my time from 1245p to 1330p, I was serviced fairly well considering there was only one waitress to work orders and ring up customers and one cook. I ordered the Comidas Corrida and not sure if I got everything advertised in this lunch special. Still, soup wasn't that bad. Skimpy on the nachos but the salsa verde was the heat I like.

This place has decent food and good prices, but the customer service is ridiculous especially the same waitress that is always there. She is always so rude and sarcastic it's so obvious she hates her job. Not to mention how awful she is to her co workers.Something needs to be done about her she completely ruins the whole experience. Management needs to step in ASAP!

The food is okay, not bad. The service is always awful the times I have been. The waitress, same one each time ive been, does not smile and is not welcoming at all. She will look up from behind the register and won't greet you will say YES, as in were inconveniencing her. Only reason I keep going cause it's conveniently close to my house, its a quick bite to pick up.

Today my husband and I went to this restaurant to see if it held up to mexican restaurants in San Diego. Well it could be me, but I am not used to mexican food in El Paso just yet. There was no fish/shrimp burrito on the menu (super sad face) so I ordered a chile relleno burrito, fries and a jamaica Well I was unhappy. The tortilla was very hard and looked thrown together. I did like my jamaica and fries though. My husband ordered a shrimp cocktail. It was okay. This is just my opinion it could be that ai am waiting for the mexican restaurant that reminds me of San Diego. Overall it was a 2. The service was okay and the food was not what I was looking for. If anyone reading this knows where I can find carne asada fries, shrimp/fish/breakfast burritos please comment below. I am on the hunt.

Amazing place great customer service great tasting food the quality is awesome . Very friendly staff . All of the ingredients are fresh nothing beats it

Went there with friends & family & had no desebrada meat for tacos or milanesa, nor chile rellenos. Some ordered plates with pancakes & they brought them about 45mins later. Our group ate 1 at a time since she kept bringing 1 plare every 10-15 minutes apart the green enchiladas were soggy & gross. Never going back again!

I have to say that this restaurant is literally a hit-or-miss I have been there during the day and I've been there late at night. The first few times during the day the food came out hot and seemed fresh and when I went a few times at night the food was less than mediocre and I could tell it had already been made the day before and was just reheated when I got home to bring my husband his plate the food was cold and the order was wrong on more than one occasion. I also am quite annoyed that they will not speak to you in English at this restaurant. There's been multiple times I've been to this restaurant and there have been a ton of flies everywhere.
