Sunset at Sandstone Ranch Apartments

security for the pool was really rude and weird I'm 16 and he was definitely 30 or older and I was at the pool and i was not being rude or giving any attitude and he was trying to act tuff to me for no Reason and on top of that there's a creepy old guy that tries to hit on young girls at the apartment including me and when my boyfriend confronted him he tried to threaten him and say he has a gun he's retired From the military or something, he also offered me alcohol mind you I'm underage and it's obvious. the pool is also never clean and appliances doorknobs and lights etc break too often in my apartment my mom has had to pay for too many things it's rid such cheap apartment appliance. And my boyfriend got robbed someone took $200+ worth of clothes ,a tablet and other stuff out of his car .. very ghetto and messed up. still Live here but only because my mom couldnt get credit for a house so we HAD to stay another year don't live here.

If zero stars was an option I would select that. I have lived here for a little over six months and will not recommend this apt complex to anyone else. Not only were things in the apt not in working order (I.e storage unit, guest bathroom, blown power socket) even when I asked to have these things fixed the unit did their best to not. On top of that I had family visiting when my baby boy was born and our downstairs neighbor complained about a 2 year old making noise in the middle of the day when quiet hours are at 10pm. She had not even been there for an hour when receiving a complaint! I was told I'm not allowed to have visitors when in the lease agreement it clearly says I am. Then when the neighbors pound on the ceiling when everything is quiet and we are trying to sleep, the management says there is nothing they can do. The management is rude and uneducated in their lease agreement and resident interaction. Other residents are rude and speed in the parking lots and rev their engines at all hours throughout the day with no consequences. I highly recommend anyone MILITARY or other DO NOT STAY HERE. Your money is better welcome somewhere else
