My husband recommended Sunny's as a good sushi spot and highly recommended their crab Rangoon. I absolutely love crab Rangoon so of course I gave in and decided to give them a try!We visited on a weeknight for dinner and were seated right away. The restaurant was fairly busy for it being a weeknight but the service was still great! Our waiter came out right away to get our drink order. I asked him for a recommendation for their flavored Sake and he suggested the white peach so I ordered that. It was good! Very strong. But I liked it.My husband and I each got our own order of crab Rangoon. Let me tell you, they did NOT disappoint! I'd honestly get two orders just for myself, it was so delicious. For my main dish I got the California roll. I know, I'm very basic. But honestly it is my favorite! I think we may have come on an off day for them because the rice used for the sushi rolls was a bit dry. But it wasn't unbearable. They also give free miso soup and pickled cucumbers. Very tasty!I'd definitely come back for their crab Rangoon alone! Service was great too, I'll be back again.

I'm a fan of Sunny's, and gratefully I've been blessed with a husband who takes me out for sushi even though he can't stand it. For those who aren't a fan...they have a good chicken fried rice. I even tried my hand of replicating it at home!I've been to another location, but this one is closer and I like it better. Win! It's a little larger (not as tight) and cleaner. They were busy on the Friday night we dropped in, so we sat at the bar, but there's some decent booth seating. A college game happened to be on, so it ended up being perfect for us. Go Ducks!While we there we saw many to-go orders being picked up which let's you know people know what's up. I can attest to the fact that their seafood is very fresh! When looking at the menu I'm always torn on which sushi to get. Can't go wrong with any. This time I went with the Mexican Orgasm roll. It wasn't bad, but the party of flavors was hmm...untraditional which I don't think I really wanted. Nonetheless, no regrets! Try them.

Sunny's Sushi is so fresh and tasty. The quality among their locations is consistent. The service is always excellent. My friends were there for a birthday luncheon and they were so accommodating...made everything just great.

Sunny's was suggested by a coworker as l just recently moved back to El Paso from Phoenix and want to find good sushi. It was excellent here! Service was great and attentive as l ordered it to go. Atmosphere here is pleasing to the eye. I would recommend trying Sunny's with utmost confidence. I will definitely be back for more!

I ate here today and enjoyed it very much. I was greeted immediately by several staff and promptly seated at the sushi bar. The server was polite and and attentive. I enjoyed miso soup, Korean pickled zucchini slices, fried gyoza and sushi. All of it was incredibly tasty. The restaurant was super comfortable and clean. This will be a regular stop for me when I return to El Paso. Thank you!

They need to advertise that Dine ends at 9:15pm or something. I arrived at like 9:20pm and the waiter just was just looking at me then I said "ummm... table for 2" and she says kitchen close in 15mins, I said ok so we can't be seated, she goes to her manager and he says no, then she says would you like to order something. so what is the difference between seating and waiting for the food and still having to sit and wait for the food??? I work as a server as well but if your going to turn people away, at least tell them your cut off time. I get you your ready to go home but advertise you cut off time if that's the case!!!

What a great place. First my server, was very attentive, he kept coming back making sure we were ok. And made my experience very enjoyable. The ambience and the place is very mellow, perfect for a first date, or simply a lunch, really like the decoration on the tables with the pink napkins!Last but never least the food!! What a great flavor, I order the chicken karage, the giozas, the crab meat rolls for appetizers and for rolls got the golden cali, shrimp tempura and the crump shrimp roll great flavor very well plate. Very delicious!!!Safe to say to this place I'm coming back at least twice a month!
