Sunny Acres Rv Park

Friendly staff, clean sites and quiet at night. We only stayed one night so as for the surrounding area I can't comment.

We stayed here for 4 nights and every staff member we interacted with was amazing. Each seemed to go out of their way to make sure we had a great stay.The park itself was everything we could have asked for in an "in town" RVPark: easy to park, nice wide 'streets' to access extra large sites. Nice large, well maintained laundry facilities, clean bathrooms and showers. Our site had a paved patio and a grass area. I will definitely stay here again!

Glad I got a spot with grass and shade for my dogs. Some spots had nothing. Very strict on speed limit in park.

Clean park and kind staff! Great showers and dog park! A real sense of community. Best RV park in Las Cruces.

Very large level sites clean facilities the staff is fantastic i screwed up on my date of arrival they still found me a site will be coming for sure.

Good sam got me 5.00 off the 50.00 back in rate. The pull throughs are even more. I will say tho; this place is immaculate! Quiet, clean, manicured, and attentive to most every detail that is important to a traveler coming through. Good water, stable electricity, full sized trees on each side of the lots for early and late evening shade, but the mid day will get ya!Level lots, so pristine it's hard to imagine anyone has been here before! Spacious and secure. I have this place saved as a good check point whenever I come through on rt. 10

Our first night on a 4 week camping trip. In hindsight not the best, but not the worst campsite of our trip. Did the trick. Gave us a safe place to stay. It was still late March when we stopped so a bit chilly overnight. Remember waking to frost. Clean place. Had a nice campsite up front. Would stay there again.

Hard to find from main road. Sign not big enough for overnight travelers. Clean with beautiful trees but stink hook ups need to have water run in them every now and then so sewer gas stays out of coach! Maintenance of office and surrounding building is poorly kept up and the 1 pickleball court has the seam. Racks. Dangerous to play on.

Large sites with shade and grass! Owner and staff are very nice and accommodating.

This is our 2nd time staying at this urban park which is now our "go-to" park whenever we're in Las Cruces. Older, well-kept park with mature landscaping. Wi-fi is excellent - able to stream video easily from Site #3. You can walk to a grocery store and right across the street is an excellent BBQ/Mexican restaurant that has been around for ages, so sayeth the lady that checked me in at the park. Needed to extend our stay by 1 night and we were able to do so in our original site. Appreciated the accommodation!
