ZERO STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.worst experience. Buying 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X, trading in a 2016 Mazda 6, with $3,000 downMy situation was i have a co-signer in NYC, deal went through and was told that the "MANAGER" will send the paper work to my co-signer with a RETURN ENVELOPE AND RETURN LABEL,It got to NYC with NO RETURN ENVELOPE AND RETURN LABEL. So my co-signer had to go to UPS and PAY 2DAY SHIPPING costing $37.BUT... UPS lost the package, now the bank told the manager they dont want my business anymore so the "Manager" called me on Wednesday August 12 2020 and said we have to return the Jeep, which we did on the same day. They have ask me for my Info so they can refund my $3,000 down. But they have told me it'll be ready the next day. NOPE, wasnt ready, then i was told it'll be ready on Saturday Aug 15 2020, NOPE WAS NOT READY, was told again ill get my refund on MONDAY which is today Aug 17 2020. AND NOPE NOREFUND. was told tomorrow, i told them you guy had the Jeep back and you still holding my money? The "MANAGER" JEREMY hanged up the phone on me... THIS DEALER BLOWS. They better have my money ready, or i will cause a situation they do not wanna be in. Not a threah, its a PROMISE.

Went in for a battery drain issue on a 2021 Jeep Gladiator. The vehicle was at the dealership for one week and I was called to pick up the vehicle because it was "ready for pickup." When I arrived I was informed that nothing was done due to an aftermarket dual battery system being installed a year earlier of which was professionally installed and made by a reputable conpany. Despite not troubleshooting nor testing the vehicle, the self proclaimed "Mopar certified" technicians blamed the dual battery system along with the service manager Joe Labrador due to being aftermarket. Be forwarned and based on all the negative and justified reviews,the technicians are inept along with the so called service manager Labrador and technician Goyo. Amazing this place remains open after the numerous complaints.

Only a 1 star because I cant give zero. Stay away from Sunland Park Dodge. I bought a used 2019 Chevy truck at the beginning of November from them. The truck broke down 3 weeks later so I contacted them thinking that they would want to make it right and take care of the issue. 9 weeks later, I got my truck back. They let the truck sit there for 5 weeks because I assume that the extended warranty that they sold me had not taken effect or they didnt actually purchse it when I bought the truck and they would have to foot the bill. They gave me excuse after excuse as to why the repair was taking so long. After 5 weeks, they finally looked at the truck and submitted the claim for warranty and the claim was denied because the mileage was not that different from when I bought it and the warranty company determined it was preexisting condition, so Sunland Park had to pay for the repairs anyway. I expected someone there to do the right thing, and they did the exact opposite. When I went to finally get the truck, everyone that was involved disappeared when they saw me. Sunland Park Dodge seems to have no problem selling vehicles with issues and then screwing people over when the issue comes to light. The issue was a sensor that didn't show up when I inspected the truck and should have only taken 2 weeks to fix, and it took 9 weeks. I was not offered a loaner car, any sort of explanation while I made the first 2 payments on the truck while it sat there and was only given a half-assed apology and offered a tank of gas next time I am in EP. I will benreporting this to the BBB, Dodge, Ram, Jeep, Fiat, the bank that provided rhe loan and rhe warranty company the let them know that this how Sinland Park Dogeb operates. I hope this dealership goes under.

A very slash and burn business model on their service side. They have a hidden fee for five dollars to digitally store the documents from your oil change. That is one of the most screw you charges ever.

it amazes me how people do not care. we were traveling through Texas and had a check engine light come on, called this dealership to see if the service could run a diagnostic-plug a machine into my truck to see the code as towhat is wrong, and the lady said all diagnostics take 3 days. wow! great service!

Living on the Westside, I reached out to their inquiry page and never received a response. I visited the location with cash in hand and my Sales Consultant had absolutley NO knowledge of my vehicle of choice or inventory. I basically knew more than her. I than proceeded to reserve vehicle. After NO follow up from the Sales Consultant, I began reaching out to the Sales Manager that I had met. After daily messages, I never received a call back. Finally took my business elsewhere. ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
