Sun Valley Trailers

Crooked and discriminates!!! I was in the market to buy a 6 x 10 trailer asap. I needed to haul two dirt bikes. This guy didn't have time for me since the moment I walked in. He was very arrogant and condesending. This took me off guard because we were ready to buy that day, he was the owner and from the look of things he could use the buissness. Well I guess I was wrong or maybe he was just so arrogant that he assumed he had the buissness because he had somewhat of a captive audience in las cuces. He also assumed that I didn't know anything mechanical, I think because I was a women and at the time I didn't know a whole lot about trailers. I'm an Engineer! He really was arrogant and went on about how i needed these embedded hooks and other things that are not necessary but cost a lot more than average.

I stopped by Sun Valley at 8am to see if they could help troubleshoot an issue with my brake controller. They were very courteous and two gentlemen started to look at the issue right away. They quickly found the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes. I asked how much do I owe them and they said not to worry about it. Great guys and great customer service. I'll be sure to recommend them to others and come back for any trailer or exhaust needs!
