Sun Valley Laundromat

Stopped by for a quick Wash. This place is always clean. The workers are friendly and attentive. People are for the most past chilling watching TV while others fold and what not. I've been here a few times, and my experience has always been pleasant. They close at 10pm which is very convenient. To the boss man working that night, thanks for the plastic BAG. Much appreciated.

I love this laundromat!!This place is always clean and customer service is amazing. They offer some great services that I haven't taken advantage of yet but I'm sure they're great as well. I do dislike that they allow pets as I am allergic and I have to stay as far away as possible when they're around but other than that I love it!

First time here, and was greeted with the most genuine smile and offer of assistance. Ms. Donna is an asset to the business, she walked us through the process and offered tips. It is located in a decent area, the facility is very clean, inside and out. Usually laundromats have sketchy looking people in and around them, but this laundromat makes me feel safe while doing my laundry. Will definitely be back again!

The lady Donna goes great and beyond with her customer service. She holds open the door for us plus asking if we need a basket blue asking if we need help always asking us if we are okay always communicating with us and never always busy doing other things always communicating with all her customers. I would suggest going there from the great service.

This is by far the best laundromat that I have been to in El Paso. I drive from the west side of town to do my laundry. It's very clean, the washers are new, very reasonable prices and different washer sizes to choose from. Donna the girl that attends to the place gives OUTSTANDING customer service keeps the washers clean, and will walk you through the options on how to pay. I will continue to use this laundromat.

So nice and clean! When I first walked in I was immediately greeted by one of the owners and she walked us through all the machines. The prices are a bit higher than other places but the machines are higher quality and the service is amazing!:) here are the benefits!-staff is super sweet and will help you load and unload your laundry in your car -provide rolling carts that can be taken outside-have every size washer and dryer and all industrial quality -clean bathrooms-Staff is always on duty and are always willing to help-security cameras-open 7am-10pm Monday-Sunday-At the last hour they provide security locks on the door and allow you to press a button to leave the building that way you are safe when doing your laundry -staff walks around to offer help and are often times cleaning the facility -you can pay with their app, or cash-their app is free and allows you to pay through it and even see when your loads will be finished - they provide an atm and change machine in store-they also have a soap center where they allow you to buy soap, bleach, softener and laundry bags -low price snacks and sodas for purchase no more than $2.50 with most items being $1.25
