Sun Hollow

Not to be confused with the Sarah below, I too live at Sun Hollow and have had a very different experience. I moved into the complex after moving to El Paso from San Antonio and have been really pleased with the maintenance service and the office staff. As a matter of fact, I was contacted by Paola (the office manager) in regards to the review below so she could address and correct any issues that I may be having. I think that speaks a lot to their customer service and willingness to address any tenant's issues and I appreciate her reaching out.I look forward to the rest of my time at Sun Hollow and hope that it will be my home for a very long time.

With all due respect, I will not recommend these apartments. I had the worst experience, and I have pictures to prove it. Management and RPM are a fraud. DO NOT RENT; YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Lived here for almost 2years beautiful place apartments are very nice but that's it. Water leaks all the time that they will shut off water all day long and it be just a temporary fix. No hot water like ever there been times I had to boil water to just shower try that with a new born. Bath tub gross. Dogs poop everywhere and no one cleans up. This place seems to have all kind of issues.and laundry washer don't wash clothes well and dryers you have to run at least twice for them to even dry. Don't waste time here. Go find another place.

I highly recommend you don't waste your time on these apartments they have water issues every week where they shut off the water all day they the rent is too much just because it's in a nice location water leaks on the roofs dog poop every where

update on here. now our pool is closed again. they say they have cameras everywhere, but will shut down the pool (whenever they finally unlock it cause it's not always unlocked during the hours it says it will be), because other residents do not listen to the new regulations they've decided to put into place. so they will just send an email with 'it's closed until further notice'. and that's it. they punish everyone instead of checking their cameras and making sure whatever resident who didn't obey their new rules. so yeah great place :/.
