-no way to give a minus 5 score or I would-As usual, every 3 months I get a call that I can come and get my cpap resupplies. I have NOT been a Sun Country customer for well over a year because of numerous record-keeping mistakes made while I was a prior customer and continue to make after I left your clumsy practice.You continue to promise me that these are 1-time mistakes that can be cleaned up, yet over the years you have consistently failed to do any such cleaning. I fail to see how a company this inept remains viable. At first, I thought it was a front-line employee issue due to high turnover. Still, since numerous managers have personally apologized and said they'd fix these issues but have not, I can now see that the entire team is apparently clueless. I cannot recommend this supplier to other patients who depend on life-saving, or just quality-of-life care from this business -- they seem to have no idea how to live up to the empty quotes on their website that say "When it comes to your health, trust is paramount. We are committed to earning and maintaining your trust every step of the way. Exceptional customer care is at the heart of everything we do. Our friendly and knowledgeable support team is here to assist you every step of the way." Here's a novel idea: since these promises mean nothing to your company, just purge these clichéd statements from your literature and go about your business as poorly as you have anyway.

These people are the worst of the worst. They are a very small operation that tries to act like a giant corporation. They cannot communicate within their own walls. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. I can't believe they are a Medicare select supplier. God forbid you ever have a billing question. You'll be six feet under before you get a straight answer.

They tried to deliver a nebulizer for my mom, but had the wrong address. When I called to correct it, they advised they would deliver to the correct one. It has been 2 weeks, 5 calls, and no equipment yet. They make statements that seem to put you at ease, then nothing. I would select another company to get the proper service, since it is for a breathing issue that can't wait 2 or 3 weeks.

Yesterday I had the priledge to be assisted by Ms. Rosa. I asked to speak to the manager and she asked what seems to be the issue, let me try to help you. I went on to explain that my wife had completed a sleep study. The Dr's office asked her if she had a particular medical supply company. My wife replied yes, Sun Country Medical Supply, I have been a customer since 2015. They have always provided superior service. My loyalty for Sun Country remains steadfast. Ms. Rosa resloved my problem and she put me on hold, came back to the phone and explained A young lady named Ms. Jessica would call and give my wife the process details. Ms. Rosa displayed a 10 plus level of true customer service. "No passing the buck. She took the bull by the horns" and resolved our Issue. Her disposition was professional, calm and steady. She a great asset to your company. She's an exemplary employee who should be considered in my opinion for your management team. My wife stated Ms. Jessica was very professional and super helpful. After Ms. Jessica spoke to my wife so no longer had any questions or doubts. Another fantasic employee.

My father has repeatedly called customer service for an inquiry about the wheelchair we have. They keep giving us the run around and are not sure about what is needed. I wonder who is running this place. All employees should be on the same page and if they are unable to answer questions properly they should hand it over to a professional who can help. We will continue in trying to get a hold of customer service because this is an ongoing issue.
