Sun City did a great job getting my HVAC system working on point. My unit was running with the blower going out. The team was able to contact the supply company and get the motor replaced at no cost to me! I will use the company from now on! Thank you Manager Jose, Office manager Michele and tech Michael Estrada for great service!

Sun City installed a new HVAC in our home. They had the best price and installed a Trane unit. Every employee was incredible! They were on time, skilled, respectful, and did an amazing job of cleaning up after themselves. I would absolutely recommend Sun City!

We bought a new TRANE in March 2023 to replace an old Coleman that gave us fits and to get ready for the El Niño (hot!) summer. When it came time to use the new TRANE it fell behind on cooling and the summer was hot...early! So we called and talked to Alex who sold us the unit and is manager over the AC installations. We did not replace the blower/coils and we were told that was okay. When Alex came over he did a thorough diagnostics, at least over 2 1/2 hours. He finally found the problem in the coil setting and it was considered a 'big' find. The cooler did great after that fix and we are super indebted to his expert experience and tenacity. Thank you!

Jerry and Socorro did a masterful job of replacing both our HVAC systems, the compressors and air handlers. From the first knock on the door to the final walk through and operational instructions they were respectful, polite, focused and professional. The work done was impeccable and installation was superior to the initial installation by the house builders. The Trane units look great and the Sun City crew cleaned up after themselves to the point that one could not tell that work had been done over two days on both sides of our house. Thanks Sun City plumbing and happy holidays to all of of your staff!!!

CAN'T EVEN INSTALL TOILETS. Friday, installed 2 Toto Drake toilets. One started leaking a couple hours after installation. Looked at it and the tank was not firmly attached to the bowl. They sent someone to fix on Saturday. It started leaking again after they left, tank still loose. Original installers came on Monday, tightened some bolts, said it was fixed, started leaking again before their truck pulled away from my house. Came back in, disassembled, reassembled, said it was fixed and when I looked at it, my new $70 toilet seat was so scratched up it looked 10 years old. Hired a different plumber to install a 3rd and they also lost my $25K HVAC replacement business as well.

BEWARE!!! BEWARE!!! HIRE ANYONE ELSE!!!My home started to have a leak from under the tub area. We were unsure if it was a leak in the wall or under the tub. My warranty company hired Sun City Plumbing to do a leak detection. The technician first said a "4 foot cracked tile" to the warranty company. I told the warranty that we do not have a 4 foot tile, Joe @ Sun City changed it to "cracked grout." So we assumed they actually did the work, found the issue, and we fixed the tile... that didn't fix it. Instead the leak continued and came through the walls, into 4 rooms, destroyed my carpet (all while I kept telling my warranty company that it is NOT a tile issue). I called Joe @ Sun City and asked him where the supposed crack was, he told me to email him photos and he'd ask his tech. I did. No reply. I waited... my floor was filling with water, the warranty company escalated the issue.. all while waiting on Joe.Today, December 13, 2024, I called the warranty company disgusted with the issues... they said it cannot be covered since a "tile issue" is not under warranty. I told them it is not a tile issue, it's a leak! And that Sun City misdiagnosed it.I called Joe at Sun City and asked him about the leak detection and how it was performed. He said, "we turn on the faucet and look." How can you tell if there's a leak from a pipe in the wall?!!! Under the tub?!!! In the ground?!! His quick money-grab job has caused me thousands and thousands in damage! Had he of done a proper leak detection back in Mid-November, we would not have all of this extensive damage!!! I AM LIVID!I called a real plumbing company to come out and do a real leak detection, once they do we'll be able to get this leak FINALLY fixed! INSANITY!!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO MY GREATEST ENEMY!

We requested in March 2024 to have HVAC checked because in 2023 the cooling was problematic and we wanted everything fixed. The tech found one problem and fixed it for ~$1200 but ~2 months later the system had another problem. This new problem was because the original condensate drain line was too long and was bottoming out inside the water pump thereby: 1) causing the drain water to back upwards inside the drain line, 2) tripping an interlock that 3) prevented the HVAC coolant from cooling the cooling coils. So we had no cooling. Sun City tech Malachi came out and immediately pinpointed the problem and trimmed the drain line ~ 1/2 inch and everything then worked fine.Malachi mentioned this is a relatively common problem. My issue with SunCity is that we asked for our HVAC to be FULLY examined and fixed but their examination stopped after they found the first problem rather than checking for other issues. We asked for a full check but this simple common problem did not even get looked at. We asked for a full HVAC check and they overlooked one common problem that quickly caused us problems. I feel they should have noted this other problem during their first examination rather than having a wait and see approach at the customers expense.Malachi was great and I'd give him 5 stars but Sun City performance for this HVAC examination is just a 1 star.I paid the $225 emergency fee but think their HVAC exam work we originally paid for was (is) lacking. I'm posting in hopes that future customers do not experience such simple fix problems if and when future customers ask for their HVAC systems to be fully checked. Fully checked out means just that, not find 1st problem and stop checking.Sun City HVAC examination should have been much better for us so 1 star.Malachi was great and very informative so 5 stars to him. I understand no one can see future problems but this problem should not have been missed if the tech was given better guidance on what a full HVAC checkout actually entails.

New Central A/C installed 4 years agoI had a friend install a 20 foot pipe to remove the water dripping from the 3 foot hose they installed from the evaporator under my house while waiting on a call back from the Victor, the Air Conditioner supervisor regarding installing the above mention pipe. My friend also noticed there was a HUGH gap with a lot of cold air coming out that should have been closed up when the new unit was installed 4 years ago. No wonder it's 10 degrees colder at my house then it is in Las Cruces.Plumbing doesn't any better...I was charge $125.00 for an $8.00 part from Home Depot just because it was on the truck. (After complaining, I did get a partial refund.) But... that $125. part wasn't even the problem. The plumber miss diagnosed the problem.Victor, No need to call me backSUN CITY, WE ARE DONE WITH YOU!!!!

After inspection last year, they installed a new condensation fan motor and capacitor for $499 Aug 2023. After 3 weeks of use this year, the main coils leaked all the refrigerant out and it caused the compressor to burn itself out. Note there was no AC use in between. It's going to be 109 degrees tomorrow. I will not be calling Sun City Plumbing and heating again.

I called due to a leak in the main water line coming in from the city. The technician, Josh, arrived ahead of schedule, after calling to make sure it was okay. The leak and the cause of the leak was found quickly. He was not prepared with the parts to reconnect the pipe and said that he was going to pick them up and get lunch, and would be "right" back. He returned and hour later (for which I was charged 120$) and fixed the leaking pipe. That should have been the end of it. He turned the water on in order to get the sediment out of the line, he opened up the faucets in the bathrooms and kitchen until they ran clear. He was not happy with the water pressure in the front yard faucet. This is when he created a problem. I had never in the five years that I have owned this house had a problem with that faucet. He proceeded to damage the stucco around the faucet to dig around behind it. Failing to find what he was looking for, he then removed a 6 "x 8" square of drywall from the inside of my garage. By this time, another truck showed up with two more guys, Daniel and Noah. They spent several minutes discussing other clients and calls, while my cha-$$ing meter was running. They were actually laughing about leaving some guy with a wobbly toilet. They explained that there was a split 2 x 4 behind the pipe in the garage that they could fix (for more$$$) and that of course they could get another department to replace the drywall for more$$$. They put white silicone around the faucet on the outside to seal it. I will have to find a more aesthetic finish myself, and replace the drywall in the garage. After all of this, I have been billed over 600$.Bottom line: I feel that a leak that could have been fixed in 2 hours (including lunch), was turned into a much longer and more expensive event. They even padded more time in at the end by saying the tablet had overheated and they couldn't get it to work. I do NOT recommend Sun City Plumbing and Heating. After reading other reviews, I agree with the customers who said that they deliberately created opportunities to pad the bill.
