This is the absolute worst Subway experience I've ever encountered. It started off with me getting a 25 dollar gift card and in return getting a free 6 inch sub. I walked in and ordered a number 31 steak sandwich. The kid took the order and when putting on his gloves, he dropped one. He proceeded to pick it up off the floor and put it on before making my sandwich. I told him to please change gloves. I ordered a 6 inch but he made a FL by mistake. When I got to the counter to pay. I showed the girl the coupon and she scanned it. It didn't work. She tried multiple times and no luck. The manager was behind me sitting at a table doing nothing to help. The girl walked over and asked her what to do? She then proceeded to say. I'll tell him myself. She gets up from her conversation and tells me that she gas to charge me for the sandwich. I explained what I did to receive a free 6 inch. She tells me at this point, we'll I'm not giving you a free sandwich. Absolutely ridiculous. I jrot my end of the deal by purchasing a 25 dollar gift card and now I have a useless coupon that doesn't work and had to pay for the sandwich. I will absolutely be disputing this ripoff charge and never returning to this Subway location. The website to send a complaint also doesn't work. Horrible franchise.

I ordered from here using their app. I thought it was pretty cool because the app said delivery was available. I was working so it was easier to do it that way. Anyway the app said my sandwich would get here in 30-35 minutes. I waited almost two hours and nothing. I had my boyfriend call in and they said the order was voided. Even though my card was charged. Okay not a Big deal, right?! WRONG! We asked for a refund and the guy said we had to request it through Uber. I mentioned I didn't order through Uber I ordered through their app. The guy kept saying he couldn't refund it to dispute it with our financial institution then. He was so snarky. Didn't apologize. He acted as if we owed him money. One of the worst customer experiences ever.

The girl there had a bad attitude i went at about 9:15 pm she had drive thru light off and she kept telling me to wait when i wasnt even ready to order . To too it off were not too happy with the sandwiches we asked for mayo and theres no mayo and hardly any steak and cheese

Friendly Staff but extremely dirty and unorganized.... Most of the tables were dirty, and the floor had trash all over. The sandwich bar was nasty with left over food that had fallen all over the place. In the back there was a tray with burnt cookies and trash all over the prep area floor as well. All the counter tops looked grimy and full of crumbs including where the drinks are. Considering 3 guys were working I'm not really surprised, but it was kinda disgusting and unappetizing, to be honest. The last thing people want to do is eat at a dirty restaurant...

So first I would like to say that I have been to this subway multiple times and I have not had any issues, but since these new workers have came and started working there. The service has become very awful!! No greetings when we entered the shop, no communication, they have attitudes and act like they don't want to be bothered... This place sucks..... walked in manager was at the register the other employee was filling the cups... she said she would be right with me. Then started to make a"call in order"..... and left me just standing there. Didn't look back up. I waited awhile then walked out. No one said anything to me. I called up and he said yea I saw you and told me the color of shirt I was wearing, and said she was working on a call in order, so I said when I came in she was refilling the cups not working on anyones order.... She Definitely could have helped me then work on the Call in order since I was there at the restaurant. He said well that's what she was doing. Asked him for the district manager's name and phone number and he refused to give it to me..... this is the second time at this location that they just don't care and it starts with this so called manager.....worst service I have ever experienced.

Store is extremely dirty. Workers are extremely slow and could not care less about how long they take to serve you or if they serve you at all. I only went because I had a gift card but that won't happen again. Save yourself the time and drive on by if you ever want a Sammie. Haha

I highly do not recommend this subway it is terrible customer service. Me and my grandma went to get some sandwiches. A few people where behind us in line. The people that where making the sandwiches where rushing us. They where not stocked on very much things. They where very unfriendly. They all seemed to be in a bad mood. One guy that was toasting are bread had thrown everything slammed everything. He didn't change gloves after the customer he just got the order done with. One guy that looked to be the manager had snapped at my grandmother and said skip the tipping part on the credit card swiper. He basically wanted her to get out of the way. One of the lady's had gotten in a bad mood and didn't wait for me to say what I wanted. The sandwich maker had gotten one of the orders wrong. So that was the review I don't recommend this subway.
