I've never ordered or ate from this location. My son enjoys subway so we took advantage of the buy one get one free footlong. This review is for corporate HR and franchise owner of THIS specific location ONLY and NOT the staff--Who were the only ones that did the ethical thing!! Firstly, I ordered the meatball "the boss" ($11) only to find out that their meatballs went bad overnight when the refrigerator they are kept in broke. The staff were TOLD by management to KEEP serving them to the public!!!! This is ridiculously irresponsible of an owner or management to tell its employees to serve spoiled food!!! Shame on you !! Something really bad could happen to someone and thank god the staff used COMMON SENSE and did the morally right thing and not serve the rotten meatballs to my CHILD!!!!Corporate HR and the franchise owner should lose their license to operate as well as their food handlers card!!!Throw the food away, BUY a new refrigerator where meatballs can stay fresh. That way YOUR staff can do their job successfully!!! You're setting them up for failure due to your poor business ethics!!!I want my refund!!!

This subway does not honor the coupons. I was told in order to receive the coupon it had to be a pre determined sub. When I replied that it was not notified in the coupon they replied with "it's by order of the manager "

What happened to customer service? Online ordering for the office, and I will NEVERcome to this location again. Order was ready when I arrived, but items were wrong and/or missing. Employee helping was rude and inconsiderate.

Whilst still assigned to nearby Parkland High School (World-class Ysleta ISD!), I saw this shopping plaza area develop as successful businesses moved in, continuing the thriving Northeast economy. When super SUBWAY occupied one of the spaces, I was extremely pleased because it is one of my all-time favorite eateries, whether biketouring or just travelling around the World. The freshly made sandwiches & soups are healthy, delicious and inexpensive. The service is prompt, the personnel friendly, professional and welcoming. In fact, at this specific SUBWAY, I vaguely recalled the head honcho and had to ask. Turns out, it was Scott, an widely experienced Subman, whom I'd met some time before at another super SUBWAY. I was exhilarated to finally stop & eat at this superb restaurant. I had a good views, and, interestingly, the newest Harbor Freight, was another prominent business anchoring this plaza. SUBWAY is so super! I certainly give it my enthusiastic "Wheel if A pproval!"

Just like most locations. This one is close to a highschool so if you come at lunch time expect it to be busy but the staff does a good job of getting everyone through quickly.

This restaurant is terrible. I ordered a tuna sandwich and when I got home and the sandwich out I found that they were using the bag for trash. I found used sanitizer wipes and the pack they came in he the bag. DISGUSTING.!!! And this was after I ate the sandwich. Another time when I was at the cash register I had to tell the Old Lady that works there to put on a mask she said Oh Yeah and disappeared to the back of the store to put one on.,but as soon as I finished she took it off when the next customer came after me.the place stinks.

I would give this location "0" stars if I could. They deleted my review from yesterday on that locations website so I reposted and am reposting here on yelp too. I am also contacting the BBB. Ordered food on 9.8.24 and ate in the store. A guy came out the back without a beard guard on and hair hanging out of his hat that would have required a hair net- there wasn't one on. At this point it was too late-our food was ordered and paid for. One of the sandwiches had a (black, longish) hair in it- the employee who made our order (tight cut reddish brown) got ahold of the manager who said to go in the next day. The next day she refused to do anything stating I should have brought the sandwich back- I told her we ate there and the employee who made the sandwiches (not his hair) saw us throw half sandwich with the hair and other 1/4 away cuz who wants to eat that? Called the owners Tuesday and they were supposed to call me back. Today- 17 days later- I called them back and got hung up on. I called back and she states they're having issues with their phone lines. That's too convenient. She then proceeded to say they have to get ahold of the manager to get her side of the story- shouldn't you already have done this two weeks ago and called me back??? She then proceeded to tell me they do not give refunds only replacements. Who wants to eat there when you don't follow food service protocol??? When there's hair in between the cheese slices? Who knows what's going on in the back that you can't even see. I highly suggest staying away from here and FYl the same owners own the one on Fairbanks too, I'm not sure of others. Save your money and go eat somewhere else. This was absolutely disgusting.

The bread was hard as a rock , called to complain and only answer I received was "you can request soft bread next time " ....excuse me ???? it's supposed to be fresh !!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE FOOD ! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

I am not sure if all subway locations are like this one but this is unacceptable. Let's begin with the service, the guy that was making the sandwich was not in a good mood nor feeling like working. Food: the portions were okay in the sandwich but half of the veggies were empty, avocado was frozen, just the juice of the jalapeños and banana peppers. The store looked dirty, no chips to pick just really dirty, with employees with no desire to work and keep the store clean and stocked. How is this place even running, where is the GM that doesn't see a problem with this? Very unacceptable definitely not coming back.

Stopped by this subway which deserves a minus rating instead of one star after stopping by another subway DIVE at 8953 Dyer St. I was hopeful that I could buy a veggie sandwich but NO. Another disappointing crappy subway establishment!!! I went through the drive through. The car in front of me had just received a sandwich so I was hopeful that maybe some sandwich making was taking place in this subway. A voice came over the speaker and asked me to place my order. I started to list off what I wanted on my 6 inch whole grain sandwich. I didn't hear any confirmation from the employee that he/she had heard the order. There was silence. I asked if it would be easier if I came inside and placed the order. SILENCE on the other end. I asked again if it would be easier if I came inside and placed the order. SILENCE on the other end. I basically said screw it, rolled up my window, called Ardovino's and ordered a pizza and salad over on Sean Haggerty. THEY ANSWERED THE PHONE PROMPTLY, WERE COURTEOUS, ACTED LIKE THEY WERE APPRECIATIVE TO HAVE THE BUSINESS. When I arrived at Ardovinos the pizza and salad were ready, fresh, and when I got them home-delicious. Obviously subway is making so much money that they don't need the business and want to alienate their customers. AND by the way subway-you are doing a good job of alienating your customers.
