Honestly beyond impressed with the customer service, sales experience and of course my 2025 Outback. I've done luxury twice (Audi that had a bad design and caused major electrical problems! And a Volvo that was literally bought back within the first 9 months of owning it). The 2025 Outback Touring with a turbo is just as good if not better than any luxury car out there in my honest opinion. It has EVERYTHING the luxury cars have minus the price tag and headaches. The quick response to your acceleration will bring a smile to your face and remind you you don't need that ticket! Also didn't want to leave out the fact that it actually has a CD player in it as well!!!Make sure you ask for Nate he'll have you in and out within 4 hours start to finish. And he'll actually check in on you well after the sale is over.

I was greeted promptly. They took me without an appointment, and between Hector Roman and JR, the service was excellent. I got my car in and out. They also offer a complimentary car wash.Because it was the first time here, they did a full inspection of the car and their system allowed me to accept or decline maintenance for each of the recommended items. It's the only Subaru shoo in EP, so I'm happy that the place was service centric

The service center is consistently slow. I've never made it out in under two hours, and today was three and a half hours for an oil change and alignment. I am still under the service plan but am also told each time I am here that I need other services conveniently not covered on only a two year old vehicle. Would not recommend at all.

I had the best experience ever! Eva was my salesperson and she was knowledgeable about the SUV l was looking at. After test drive we went to her desk where she answered all of my questions without hesitation. I recommend Eva, and Subaru! I am now the owner of a 2025 Subaru Outback Everybody was very happy and friendly, even the 2 finance Specialists!Thank you Eva, and Subaru and everyone there!Highly recommend!

Friendly, Energetic, Helpful staff! I wanted to point out my salesman was not as attentive as I anticipated. Wouldn't sit still. Always leaving the desk. But the Finance Manager Rick was awesome! Personable, helpful and friendly. I purchased the vehicle!

Jorge E was awesome and helped us during our road trip, they also cleaned the car interior and exterior for us. He made a stressful time less stressful.

This place is terrible when it comes to getting your car serviced. But then again, that industry is shady as it is..On one occasion, the foreign lady was selling me a package that included an alignment that i needed and a battery check. I told her i didn't need the battery check so i'll get the lesser. Well she put it in as the package anyway and we had to wait an extra hour for the battery test AND they couldn't do the alignment because they didn't have the right tool.. and yep, i had to pay for it or wait another hour for the manager.Another occasion had me trying to get them to fix the center rear brake light that stopped working after only a couple years. Same lady told me that i'll need to order a whole new unit as it is defective. No warranty apparently. Didn't do that but a different mechanic found a wiring issue with it and fixed it easily..

Went to get my first service on my new Crosstrek and took advantage of the free car wash, thinking what a great touch that was. When the car was give back to me the inside was very badly scratched due to what can only be described as total incompetence. Service Advisor was and has been very helpful. Not heard a thing from anybody at a managerial level though so will not be going back or purchasing another vehicle from them. Shame as I love the car but will be giving my business to another dealer in future.

I purchased my 2017 Subaru Outback, New, from El Paso Subaru, and they alone have performed all routine maintenance, everything! This automobile now it has nearly 100k miles without requiring any repairs and it is just one reason why I keep buying Subarus--my wife bought the Legacy and our son purchased the WRX also 2017 models; no explanation necessary. Now, as to their service department--bottom line: same high quality and attention to 'every' detail. They serviced the Outback yesterday, routine oil change, but they also performed a complete inspection--everything. Well, it needs new rear brakes and shocks, which will be the first repair of any kind on this my 'third Subaru Outback--each with 100k miles plus. Oh yeah, this service was ~$100 and when they showed it to me I really thought they had made a mistake--i thought it was a new car! Nope, they had washed it -- best car wash in El Paso.
