This WAS two enchiladas and one taco ...but by the time I remembered to take a pic the taco had vanished.

This is really a great family-cafétéria style Mexican restaurant. Ample space, repaid and efficient service. Great salsa and chips to start. I had a business meeting with my CPA Robert, who has been coming here for decades. The restaurant still has two Mediterranean dishes on their menu including some kebabs. Their lunch special is really a great value with delicious crunchy tacos and some enchiladas. It was rich and delicious! Will definitely be back.

The was a business meeting and our clients chose this place for lunch! It was quite crowded for lunch but we had a good spot for the 6 of us. Our server, Jessica was really great!!! She was on top of everything. It was a joy to have her serve us. I couldn't tell you what everyone had but everyone was pleased with their lunch meal.In my opinion this is a must try and I don't think you would be disappointed.

Went for takeout yesterday. Hadn't been there since new owners took over. Beans were too salty and the tostadas and sopapillas did not taste fresh. Salsa is still good but prices have increased and they added a surcharge which is not mentioned or posted anywhere. Disappointing as it was always so good before and food all fresh. Won't be going back.

The chips are perfectly sized, perfectly crunchy and the salsa packs in the right texture and heat to keep you dipping (no double dipping!). Do yourself a favor and order the queso. The long green chile slices are amazing. Everything I've had on the menu has satisfied my craving for authentic El Paso-style Mexican food. The tacos and enchiladas have been my favorites. The sopapillas are airy and delicate! The owner also makes the best tabbouleh and hummus, btw!

Never returning. The beans tasted straight up like lard. The rice was dry and flavorless. The sopapillas didn't have any flavor at all. It was just fried dough. It was just all around terrible food. Service was good.

Absolutely love this place. The food is so good and the family is wonderful. I wish the hours were better but worth the trip for lunch. Tucked away in a low traffic area, but a hidden gem.

WE search everywhere for GREAT Texas Chilli. (If you read this and know a Place, PLEASE let us know!) An online Post suggested Su Casa and based upon what we'd read (and the moderate Lunch Crowd) we expected a great meal. Sadly, from our different Apps to the Chilli to our different Entrees, the only consistent Flavor was NONE. If one imagined Mexican Frozen Foods, each and every thing we were Served had almost ZERO Flavor. I can't even remember the last Time eating out where I used Salt on EVERYTHING! The Chilli was watery and without Spice, Sweeties' Carnitas were flavorless as were my Enchiladas. It WAS shocking that in El Paso such Food Mejicano could be served? And saddest of ALL, when I went to pay our Check, a Manager appeared and asked "How was everything?" I said "So So!" and he heard me, rang up our Check and simply did not care. CLEARLY, Su Casa has Fans and Regulars but we remain SHOCKED that their Food was so DULL and Flavorless. PLEASE fix this as it's SAD!!!

What a disappointment. I've been in town ten days and craving Chile Colorado. Unfortunately my favorite El Paso Mexican food restaurant, Kiki's, is closed on Tuesdays. I've been to Su Casa before and have enjoyed their food but today's selection, Chile Colorado, was a disaster. The beef was thinly sliced (I prefer chunks) and tough. The red sauce tasted of way too much Chile powder and not real red Chile. At least side of refried beans was good. The service was very good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive with frequent returns to refill my water glass. In retrospect I should have refused to eat what was served and asked for a substitution. Nothing special about the ambiance - relatively plain but it was clean, which is good. I'll probably return to this restaurant on subsequent trips but only if other people prefer it. One star.
