!!!!!THIEVES!!!!! I hate these assholes with a passion! We had everything and I mean everything stolen from our unit. We came up and unloaded our truck. Put the lock on the door and went back to the East Coast. Came back a month later. Literally ONE MONTH later. A red lock was on the unit. No one was in the office. Maintenance was there however. When asked about the red lock he said he would call management. He has his phone in his hand pretending to be doing something. "Don't worry about it. I'll just call the police" I said. Immediately his hands actually started texting someone. The next morning we arrived bright and early. Asked the office people about our lock being removed and a red locked being put on. They said they have no idea why they cut our lock. They don't do that until at least 3 months behind. We didn't even make it to the first payment. THE OFFICE GAVE US THE KEYS TO THE RED LOCK!!!!!! Upon opening our unit, all of our stuff was gone! What wasn't gone was damaged and destroyed. These people took their sweet ass time. Seven televisions. bedroom suits, firearms, professional hiking gear, Bose speakers, PS3, PS4 with nearly 30 games and just so so much more. A grand total of $33,000 worth of our hard earned property gone!! When the police arrived I kept telling the officer that they put the red lock on our unit and gave us the keys just a few moments ago. When we got the police report, that B!TCH Jamie lied and said they gave us the lock so we already had the keys. So now it looks like we are making a false claim. The insurance company refused to pay us. I was NOT going to accept this. I checked pawn shops and found one of my televisions at a pawn shop on the corner of Oban and Main. Was able to trace it back to Baltimore where it was purchased and viola. The insurance company had to take our claim. WE WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES. Have an investigator on it now. Not one from Las Cruces is worth a damn! We actually ran into some people who went through exactly what we went through. Stay away from this place!! Be very cautious with Penske too. They are the ones who recommended this place. Penske insisted we not use U-Haul and that this place was just as safe. I hope one day I turn on the news and see that these people were killed!! It would serve them right.

Got robbed within the first month and they didn't do anything had the finest insurance they didn't do anything. It's a system of thieves and they are the thieves . I lost 20+k fuck stull
