DISGUSTING!!! Our room was not cleaned, urine on the bathroom floor, long green snot all over the walls, poop and other questionable smears all over the walls, broken furniture, hair all over the floor, a dirty sock on the floor, broken/missing smoke alarm, etc etc etc. We were worried about touching anything or getting bedbugs. We asked for a different room, they said they had none and told us to talk with Selina (the manager) about getting a refund. She conveniently wasn't there when we asked for her in the morning. When we called to talk with her they put us on hold for 20mins then didn't answer when we called back. I finally got a hold of her a week later and there was no apology or attempt to remedy the situation. She just said she wouldn't refund us. Her attitude was incredibly dirty and unprofessional, and she was rude, putting us on hold when we were talking and not responding to any questions we had. This is hands down the most disgusting place I've ever seen and the whole place should just be burned down and the manger fined by the health department. The photos on the sites do not showcase the reality of this dump of a motel and I suspect they're fake. The pool was dirty with green water and the grounds are covered in trash with dirty mattresses laying on the ground outside. DO NOT spend your money or time here. Just look at the reviews. They're almost all 1 star reviews and then a bunch of 5 star reviews. This is clearly the dirty manager and her friends posting 5 star reviews. This is a pattern and our reviews mirror what others have said. Don't trust any of the positive reviews! Stay somewhere else!

If I could give zero stars I would. The room we booked online turned out to be an upstairs and my mom has a walker so it was unaccessible to her. So they put us in the only other available room. There were roaches everywhere, we pulled back the sheet and there was a huge stain, clearly the sheets were dirty. Roaches scattered as we moved from one room to the other. Roaches all over the bed. When I went to the front desk he said he didn't have the authority to give refunds. And that I would have to call in the morning to ask the manager. I'll update if I get a refund. A clean comfortable room...NOT. I am traveling from CA to FL and have so far stayed at two other Motel 6's the first two have been great this one located at 11049 Gateway West BlvdEl Paso, TX 79935United StatesIs the worst so far and even has me thinking my future stays. #the door looks like it's been broken into, the air conditioner has pineapple car fresheners jammed in the vents. The walls have some kind of something stuck up n it the bathrooms look like mold is growing. Do not stay at this location. See pictures.

Straight to the point...I checked in and the first room they gave me wasn't even clean. So I was given a second room, and the AC didn't work. The third room has hair in the sheets and on the pillow cases, the refrigerator is dirty, no hand soap, bathroom sink wasn't clean, no towels, towel rack missing, toilet paper holder missing, TV is sitting on the nightstand. A pair of dirty socks sitting on top of the towel dispenser which doesn't dispense any towels. The shower pan is dirty.I understand some of these cheaper hotels you won't get a five-star resort, but they don't even stick to the basics of cleaning. I'm here for 3 days and about to leave in 30 minutes. This place is pure filth and just plain disgusting. WhatWhen I went to the office to let them know about the dirty room, a lady was standing in there, and said hers was really dirty too.

If I could've given them zero stars I would have. Don't stay here unless you do drugs (hard drugs) or genuinely don't care about your well-being. From the second I walked in the bathroom floor was soaking wet. Went and complained about it the ladies at the front office looked like they were just having a rough day, when I tried to change rooms I got a little attitude and a lot of silence while "looking" for a new room. Every room smells like cigarette smoke. EVERY ROOM. Even non smoking. While I got a smoking room they don't even try to air it out or try to clean it out. Nothing was wiped down, the bed had stains.. NASTY stains on it. It was completely unsafe. Insanely unhealthy to stay in. I saw many children and I worry for there safety. DO NOT STAY HERE. Even with my door locked and latched you could see light coming in through the sides. Like someone had kicked it in. I know it's cheap but there are so many different ones that are cheaper, safer and much cleaner. Sketchy people case the parking lot day and night. Just don't do it.

If I could, I wouldn't even give one star! This has to be the worst hotel I've stayed in. THIS IS A-LOT OF READ BUT IT WILL LET YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF PLACE THIS IS AND THINK ABOUT GOING ELSEWHERE!!! I asked for 2 rooms, one being handicapped accessible, ground floor and smoking. Got the room and got my husband in. The ac was barely working (it's hot Tx weather in July) and the room smelled funky. Temped to open bathroom door and it felt like it was going to fall off. Found the funky smell it was coming from, the bathroom sink. It was filled half way with black stinky moldy water. I went back to the front office to tell the front desk person that we need to switch rooms bc of the horrible state the room is in. She was not in and sign said will return in 15 mins. I waited as she was making rounds through the hotel. When she came back I told her the situation. She said she can give us a different room but give her a while. I told her that I have to go across the street to get my grandkids. When I went back, she wasn't in again and sign was up again. I waited for her return and 2 other customers were as well. When she returned I asked her to switch rooms. She said, "that was earlier". I told her I had to go get my grandkids and when I came back she wasn't in, again! I stressed that we are not staying in that room (nobody should stay in that room with that black water in the bathroom sink and bad smell) and that I'm not having my disabled husband in that room!!! I even asked her to cancel the rooms and to refund me and she said she couldn't do that. Then she started to ask the man behind me, how she can help him. I said, "excuse me, are you done helping me" and she just said, "I'm gonna switch your room" just hold on! WOW!!! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After helping the man with towels, she started on working on switching our room. She then started to tell me that "I NEED TO HURRY AND GET MY STUFF OUT OF THE OTHER ROOM". WOW, WOW!!! I said, "excuse me, you shouldn't rent that room out to anyone until that bathroom sink was repaired and cleaned"!!! Besides, no maids will clean that room until the next morning!! Got the other room (next door). Looked about the same shape as the other but the bathroom was a little better. A lot of deterioration around bathroom door frame, kitchenette cabinet broken, no coffee stuff or coffee maker in kitchenette and ac was barely working (again very hot in TX in July). It was late and we just wanted to get some sleep but the evening just got worst!! People were standing in front of our door, drinking and talking loud to the 2 young girls that were standing outside their front door above us. I tried to ignore them as I was tired from driving hours from state to state and I didn't have the energy to get into it with anyone else that evening.The morning came and I noticed the young girls upstairs were still up from the night before. I went to the front office as we needed to stay longer. I asked for another room because the AC was not working. This third room, same condition as the last one and the AC barely working as well. We had to stay in that area of rooms because our travel trailer (which had been towed there by a towing Company) and was parked in the parking lot across from those rooms (which are handicapped accessible rooms). By noon I took a short nap because I did not get sleep the night before. I wake up to people outside in the parking lot, yelling and fighting and my husband at the door yelling at them to go away. The argument had to be about a drug deal (one of the guys came back to pick up his baggie on the ground. Neither of those guys were tenants! They were yelling out about pulling their guns on each other and that's why my husband was telling them to leave and that there are children present and he was going to call the police. A guy sitting in his car, recording the ordeal started yelling at my husband to "shut the F... up old man and leave them alone, let them be". They ended up leaving. I was furious and asked my husband to get in and I closed the door. My husband was stressed and worried, he shouldn't have to go through that in his condition, most definitely in a hotel we paid $85 for!!! We were able to leave a few hours later. Also, my husband caught a guy looking in our trailer windows, after confronting the guy, he walked away. OVERALL REVIEW OF THIS DUMP:BAD AREA (not safe at all for anyone, people that are not tenants coming and going all hours of day & night) ROOMS (3 disabled rooms) dirty and in bad shape esp. acNo coffee available anywhereUnprofessional front desk staff NO BREAKFAST OFFERED (SAD WHEN YOU PAY $85 A NIGHT FOR ONE ROOM AND A HORRIBLE STAY EXPERIENCE). IT WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL HOTEL STAY OF OUR TRIP TO TX FROM CA AND BACK!!! IF WE COULD HAVE, WE WOULD HAVE WENT ACROSS THE STREET AND STAYED AT THE OTHER MOTEL 6. I INCLUDED A PICTURE I TOOK OF THE CRACKED BATHROOM SINK FILLED WITH THE STINKY, BLACK NASTY WATER (SO UNHEALTHY).

Overall the worst location I've ever seen. I can't really rate my stay because we didn't stay. The rooms were trashed and after complaining to the staff we were given a second set of rooms they were also trashed . I honestly wish I could give 0 stars

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is trash and I don't normally talk like this about anything. These people leaving these good reviews are lying. I reserved a room with double beds and 3 guest. Get there she starts ranting on about how the rooms are under renovation and her words she says" I will try my best to give you a good one". My alarm immediately went up because I had already read the reviews and I though maybe it's different and I gave it a try. So I said to her " hopefully you do to". Get to the room and it's one bed not two, it immediately smelled like an abandoned house with nothing but old smoke and feet. The mattress was beat to hell as well as the crappy cover they had on it. I get back to the lobby and tell her the problem. She calls her boss and he's on his way. I thought to myself " ok here we go". I had a minor and my husband so the owners suggestion is to get two rooms side by side and change it in the morning. Mind you another elderly guy comes back down and throws the keys on the counter and said " I'm not staying I that piece of shit. Have you seen that room?". He wanted his money back and she said no refund and he says keep it. I'm getting the fuck out of here. I asked for my money back and got a better room. You owners need to do better or get out of the business.​

The room smelled putrid. Surfaces were disgustingly sticky. Front desk programmed the cards for the wrong room. We decided to bail on this one. Would not recommend to anyone.

I cut my stay short because they have alot of air freshener tablets they use in their a/c and I couldn't stand the perfume smell.I felt dizzy and headache. They told me all the rooms were the same. But the room itself is nice..big kitchen 2 tvs... not very clean tho. Oh well.
