There are not enough words to describe how wonderful of an experience I had! Super easy booking and the moment you walk in the door your treated like the only client there! The staff is friendly and so accommodating! Atmosphere is relaxing! But the absolute best part was my amazing hair stylist PRISCILLA! The finished results of my hair far exceeded my expectations! I had no idea my hair would ever turn out so perfect! Can't wait for my follow up in 6 weeks!

DO NOT GO HERE. I went to this place for my roots and a touch up. I came out with extremely burnt hair. The bleach was left too long and my hair turned out white/gray. The stylist had to apply all this stuff to fix his mistake, yet I was still charged over $360. DO NOT recommend in any way shape or form. The least they could have done was not charge me for all the extra stuff they had to do to somewhat fix they mistake. My hair was so burnt I had to go to another salon to cut my hair completely off and try to fix the color. TERRIBLE experience.

These people ruined my night. I gave my girl money to go get her hair done for an event, and she came back looking like she was 50 years older. she cried all night, which ruined our event. Don't do it.

They serve free Mimosas and other complementary drinks FYI. That really made me smile. The ladies were incredibly nice, beautiful and the service was fantastic. Unfortunately, I really disliked my haircut, but that's okay - my hair will grow out. It was partly my fault because I asked for shorter (sometimes one person's idea of "shorter" is not the same as another, you now?). But other than that, I think they really are fantastic and I would recommend them, just make sure to be very firm about exactly what you want and bring lots of multiple pictures and be clear.

I visited El Paso pretty often but it was my first time at studio 209, didn't get disappointed, made my appointment with Carlos who took His time to color my hair and a treatment . I was very happy Carlos is very charming and knows exactly what your hair needs .Be prepared to a nice , long conversation I do strongly recommend Him

First- Our appt started off completely wrong. Had an appt at 2pm was told to come back at 3 since stylist was not finished with prior client..Anyway, my 8yr old daughter USED to get her haircut here when it grows out; unfortunately this time the stylist completely chopped off her long hair after specifying the length with stylist. Furious I had to tell her to stop cutting. I paid $43 for her to rinse not wash like they've done in the past, the horrible chop, and style (also didn't blow dry) which I had to ask for since she had no plans on doing. Please stay away, the price for a child haircut was ridiculous, wait time horrible, and horrible stylist!!! Save your time, and money!!!! ZERO STAR PLACE

Had to cancel an appointment due to being sick and was charged $75 because of this. Keep in mind, without still being in a Pandemic, this is ethically questionable. Yet with the Pandemic not completely over yet, this is that and more. Ethically bad AND Bad business. Y'all I liked the job the stylist did but not that much. Not enough to ever go back to a place that will do its best to essentially steal your money. If you care at all about \ a business who helps people don't go here, because this place isn't one of them.

appointment of last week for styled cut with "hair specialist" resulted in one of the most undesirable results yet. "Hair specialist" in all probability a nice young lady, but her hair cutting skills lack much. I believe more Extensive training in order.

Please, I promised if you read any review considering this...I really don't want someone to fall in the same trap I did these stylist CAN NOT DO BLONDES. I came in with beautiful platinum blonde perfectly lifted Healthy but I had regrowth needed a refresh and I wanted some light contrast. I will post all the pictures they speak for themselves!! I will show what the lady did to my hair my inspiration picture and the blonde I came in with. When I tell you it's not even close to what I asked for I came out looking like a skunk or a old lady there's no reason explanation for how this happened. I still end the end had to pay 317$!!! Don't come here please!!!I called made a appointment to be seen with the best blonde stylist they have before I made my appointment they assured they set me with the right person. I come in this salon looked amazing offering you drinks snacks but this is the best that salon can offer is a free drink and chips.I asked for a light contrasting color to add more definition to my platuim. Kind of a root smudge with baby lights. I am also a professional stylist as well I knew what I was talking about. I showed my inspiration picture she seemed confident. Come to realize after talking with her I realized mid appointment they set me with someone that was fresh out of high school.After the bleaching service she began brushing out I realized what on earth did she do? She was ripping clumps out of my hair it was painful. I was in tears she asked nothing just nervously kept talking. We were next going in for the haircut, I told her I wasn't happy. I wanted to see the blow dried first but she went in and started cutting anyways.I came to cash out they wanted 317$ I complained. Might I add I never ever leave a review or complain IMove on but this was so completely wrong I had to. it's not nearly close to what I asked for not barely! So they called the manager. I spoke to him over the phone he said i would still have to pay 317$ for the service and have to come back and for them to fix it. I just wanted a refund and color correct it somewhere else. He wouldn't let me leave till I paid. I paid sadly, I came back for a second service to do a color correction with now the best stylist they have that teaches all the stylist on floor.She did okay on the service but the color correction needed so much fixing from the past service it was hard to fix what the First Lady ruined. I now have black lowlight bangs a redish brown lowlights in the back it's so off she was able to lift some of the brown color that girl slapped brown everywhere. I asked really can I please get a partical refund for having to Come back a second time and all the tons of inconveniences still not completely happy the second time the last pictures are the best stylist they have to color correct. It's still black contrast bangs with some highlights and the back is blonde with reddish brown underTones with blonde highlights. Still it's not horrendous but this is what the manger and that stylist call 98% close to my inspiration. Just let that one sink in 98% best stylist they have and train all the other stylists on floor. The last picture I added was what I came in with platinum.

My parents had their hair cuts done here back in January. They were both pleased. With that said I took my mom last month, Dulce who cut my parents hair remembered my mom the second time. She's attentive and professional. She even went as far as helping me walk out my mom to the car as well as the front desk receptionist holding our bag. The place is clean, your given a welcome drink along with a snack as you sit. Everyone is extremely nice. Check this place out!
