Where do I begin? When I called in to confirm my appointment nobody answered. So I texted the lines that they have available for Texting and nobody answered. So I drove to my appointment and finally got a text message answered. This not answering the phone issue has been going on for years with them, and when I called to talk to a manager, they made every excuse in the book as to how their new system is set up to help the customer more. When I got there not once did the haute stylist ask me if I could put my purse on a table. So I had to leave a $2000 purse on the floor the entire time. She went from extremes trying to decide what to do with my hair and I didn't feel confident that she knew what she was doing, so I just let her trim my hair. I left with somewhat of a medusa haircut and style. Needless to say, I will not be going back. As soon as I left, she went back to talking to the hairdresser next to her, but was not concerned forming any kind of a relationship with me the Customer Service . The Hair Stylist next to her was also ignoring her client.. Excellent customer service skills! . I'm not sure if the owner of this Salon knows what's going on in their salons. If I was the owner, I would be very disappointed in the customer service.

Inexperienced stylist couldn't give me a straightforward cut with curtain bangs. She cut so short, uneven and then didn't even apologize for butchering my hair. This completely different from the last time I was there. I will definitely not be returning.

The receptionist was very nice when I arrived she offered many different kinds of drinks and I thought that was really nice, but the young lady that color my hair was really quiet, she didn't talk at all only asked if I wanted the special for Mother's Day and what kind of hair cut I wanted it. The haircut was fine but not excellent. She didn't dry out the hair completely and all my hair was standing up because I didn't get enough treatment to make it look perfect. I went home and fixed my hair. The price was 175.00 plus tip.

Just left the salon on Mesa street. my appointment was cancelled after one missed call and no message left. my deposit was not returned and manager would not speak to me. This is after giving this establishment a second opportunity to give me better service from one stylist. A second stylist did an awesome job but she is no longer with this company. All these experiences with poor management that blames a computer system.

*update* so after acknowledging that they're in the wrong they're refusing to fix the situation because I reviewed their salon accordingly! Such an icky feeling that one has to resort to leaving a review to get any follow thru & yet they refuse to fix the issue because of honesty in a review. Shady business practices for sure!Stylist Chris left my hair incredibly uneven & choppy. when I mentioned it he insisted it was even & it was fine. Which is was not. I don't feel comfortable with arguing in public setting so I figured I'd go home and sleep on it then wash it and see how it wore. It's not like it was a long hair cut where it will just blend in, I went in for a shorter cut & that doesn't just blend in. Yup still uneven.Called multiple times on multiple days to speak to a manager and no one has called me back. Called the east side location to see if I would have better luck reaching someone who could address fixing the cut & that interaction was a joke. Explained the situation to a receptionist who then explained to the owner ( who wouldn't talk to me) who then said they had to call the Westside location to verify Information before they could have a manager call me back. This is a simple easy solution & instead no one is handling or even dealing with this situation. Extremely disappointed in the way this whole experience has gone.

Livia oOf all the girls that were there at studio 209 on Mesa neither none of them knew how to cut a pixie cut. The only thing I appreciate it was Rubi telling me they couldn't when I got there before they started cutting but they could've told me this over the phone and I didn't have to drive all the way half town all the way to Mesa. How can they call themselves hairstylist. Never again
