Tanya made two different cakes for my dinner party last night. Both were to die for! The first cake was a brown sugar cake with fresh raspberries, limoncello custard and a Pomegranate Port-Chambord butter cream. The second cake was a Chocolate chip cake with nutella mousse and hazelnut brittle filling with a frangelico butter-cream. I was stuffed from dinner but somehow I managed to find space for two pieces of cake. I couldn't choose! I will definitely be ordering more desserts!

I've been fortunate to try cakes made by Tanya so when I heard when she launched her own endeavor that would manifest her baking talents, I was intrigued. The red velvet whoopy must come with a warning because the mind will be blown and definitely worthy of being on the menu for ones last meal. I can't wait to sample the rest of her menu!

The foundation of any business is customer service. A good business has good customer service, a great business has great customer service. Some businesses excel to the point of providing customer service at a level that completely exceeds a customers expectations. I made an order of my mothers favorite dessert for her birthday, but required a little help to get it right. I also decided to include some specialty item for my father since he would be receiving the order. TTT accommodated all of my special requests without hassle. Upon learning that it was my mothers birthday and that she was suffering from alzheimers disease the owner of TTT included a bouquet of flowers for my mother. Due to her condition, simple gestures such as the flowers were very special to my mother. The owner of TTT delivered my order personally and she took the time to talk about college football with my father (his favorite conversation topic).To be perfectly honest TTT probably lost money on my order. The effort they put in meant so much to me that they have earned my loyalty. The products made by TTT are fantastic but I must admit they make cakes with ingredients that I'm not remotely familiar with, such as mascarpone, chambord buttercream (huh?), white truffle, chocolate-frangelico, pomegranate-port, whipped cream vodka, limoncello glaze (double huh?)!!!You won't find a baker/ caterer with more passion for creating the best food anywhere. I give them my highest recommendation.

I received a gift basket of assorted treats as a graduation present -- beyond phenomenal!! I brought them to a potluck and people were practically fighting over them (when there was only one lil' whoop left, two of my friends challenged each other to a duel for it... I had to intervene by eating it myself). Absolutely delicious, I recommend this company highly for any occasion that requires happy stomachs. Thanks Tanya!

I have ordered several special occasion cakes and they have been delicious and decorated perfectly. Whether it was the princess cake for my niece, the minion cake for my nephew or the beautiful floral cake from my husband on our anniversary, we always fall in love with these cakes from first sight to last bite. Alway delicious and beautifully designed!

I absolutely love this business! The owner, Tanya, is super sweet and helpful, she helped my husband and I choose the perfect wedding cake flavor and style! We chose her brown sugar cake layered with fresh raspberries, passion fruit champagne custard, and cherry chambord buttercream! I'm a vegan and my husband is gluten free, and we were worried that we wouldn't be able to find a cake that fit our dietary needs, but Tanya came through without hesitation! In addition, we had a last-minute disaster with our wedding bouquets, and one of Tanya's assistants came through with flying colors and ran to a nearby florist to get new ones! They saved the day when I didn't think it was possible. I would also like to personally thank her for making custom dog treats for our ring bearer, Henry Barkinston! This business has made us life-long customers, thank you again!

Thank you Tanya for the delicious German Chocolate cake you made for my dad's 80th birthday. It was absolutely delicious! Many of the guests told me they don't like like care or sweets, but were back for seconds! Gorgeous and delicious! Also thank you for the shortbread cookies we used as favors, tasty and beautiful. Working with you was a pleasure. I can't wait to have more of your creations at my next event!

You absolutely must try these treats and in case you did not know she also makes healthy treats for dogs. Our dogs love them!!!! Her deserts are amazing and I send them often as gifts, everyone loves them.
