We worked with Veronica to purchase our new home and she was amazing! We moved across the country and she did all the leg work for us. She went and videoed multiple homes, called realtors, scheduled inspections ( yes, multiple) and more! It was truly an amazing experience. If you need to buy or sell a home go see her! She is a very hard worker and knows her stuff!

The realtor spent a lot of time working with us and showing the home. The problem came after we moved in and found several areas needing repairs that had not either been inspected or just painted over. We also had been offered a additional home warranty plan call First American. I discussed the heater going out and water damage and was told it was not covered by First American even though we had the first class upgrade. Avoid these scams if buying through Steinborn. Also good luck contacting anyone at Steinborn by website, you get some page that does not allow you to contact them directly. Also we received bills after we paid for the annual insurance on the home that should have been directed at the mortgage company. Our loan was sold after we closed on the home and Gateway Mortgage took over. I recommend not taking on Gateway as you have a option.

Honestly very disappointed with this real estate agency. My fiancée and I were getting or first apartment and they said they would help us out only to not answer when we would call or tell us to call back the next Monday. We sent in our applications 3 weeks ago and never received a single call back. In my eyes a waste of $50 total on application fees when we got no response.

DO NOT RENT FROM STEINBORN & ASSOCIATESFirst, I have to say I loved the house I rented, but I felt Steinborn & Associates treated me like dirt. I wish I would have read the reviews before I rented the house!(1) Within six months, sewage backed up in the showers. I called a plumber and there was a blockage in the sewer line. Steinborn & Associates said it was a new house (even though the owners lived at the property before I rented the house), they would not pay the bill ($183.71). There is no way two people (my adult son and I) could have blocked the sewage in less than six months.(2) The property managers NEVER answer the phone. They will only text or email. In addition, if you have any questions or complaints they refer you to the lease agreement.(3) Due to unforeseen circumstances, I moved to another state during my lease. I was specifically told they would list the property when I moved out and try to rent it to another tenant. I moved out in July and the property wasn't listed on the website until November (my lease ended in October). Based on this experience, Steinborn & Associates does not have the tenant in mind. I payed almost $2,000 for three months. This caused financial hardship. Again, I signed a lease through October, but Steinborn & Associates could have posted the property for rent in August.(4) Read the rental agreement! Apparently, I did not read the contract very well. Steinborn & Associates conducts home inspections. I have rented in several states and have never experienced this practice. The only reason I can think of is they are looking for signs of smoking or an animal (if you have reported that you do not have one).

There's not enough good things to say about Eileen Hernandez. She approached everything in such a professional manner, even the hard things thrown her way by Teresa Ramos. She's such a positive and bubbly person. Someone you enjoy being around in any situation. I hope some of her attitude and demeanor rubbed off on me, as she sets an excellent example for any professional man or woman. I would definitely work with her again, and without a doubt recommend her highly. It's hard to find someone so caring and dedicated, but she is!
