Never have we ever been at a place where everyone was standing around doing nothing not offering to help. Then as soon as we got so items a lady just stood there standing 4 feet from us. She never asked us if we needed help or anything she just stood there. She followed us to the dressing room and just stood there. She asked to hold our stuff but we needed to try it on which seemed weird to her. We told her she could hold the hat and boots up front but we were going to be trying on the shirts. I have never been treated this way as if we were going to steal the items. Beyond rude! We needed western wear for a wedding and we are not from here or else we would have not purchased anything from this place.

Let me mention 1st time going to a western store and this was great store! Adriana helped me with great customer service needed an outfit and she knew what she was talking about! Thank you for the help Adriana! Isela the manager was also very professional. You can tell Isela and her team strive to maintain a clean an organized store for their customers with great customer service. I will definitely be returning.

Not just for cowboys and cowgirls!It is a great clothing store at decent prices for the regular Joe and Joelene, Beautiful store with lots of great brands. Great place to pick up Levi's and Wranglers. Work boots and Work cloths as well. Men on bottom floor and women on top. Leather coats at great prices

From Yetis to Suits and everything in between Starr Western Wear has it all! They will even cut and hem jeans if your length is not available

We were just in the area for work and after we were done for the day, we decided to check out a place that sells "Western Wear." We were told that Starr was the place to go in the area where lots of people coming from across state and country borders to purchase anything "cowboy." We were told that this is a new location within the Sunland Park Mall occupying a space that was previously Macy's. When you walk it you can already see the western wear. Whatever it is that you are looking for, you should be able to find it. Warning though, the clothing they have here is quite expensive. I am not too familiar with Western Wear brands but most of what they sell here are name brand prices and in general pretty solid clothing.That being said, if you're looking for a souvenir or something to take back with you, this may not be that location. If you enjoy wearing that type of clothing day to day and wanted to find something that was fashionable and modern, then perhaps they carry what you're looking for. They do have boots, hats, caps, jackets, jeans, shirts, pocket knives, and a bunch of clothing for the "outdoor worker."Interesting to look through but ultimately didn't find anything that caught my eye. They have two stories here so be sure to look at everything. Plenty of parking outside. If you're in the area and are interested in this type of clothing, then worth checking out but I was a little underwhelmed.

Very friendly staff but very hard to find someone that speaks English. My husband and I were visiting and he doesn't speak Spanish so it was very hard to find what he needed when I wasn't around because of language barrier.

I wanted to take a moment to thank Starr Western Wear for your service and selection. This week, I visited your store for the first time since I was severely ill. The young Lady at your store at Sunland Park by the name of Adriana attended to me and was most attentive and patient with me. I am still recovering from my illness and Adriana took the time to explain to me the many questions that I had this past Wednesday the 10th of August. She is the epitome of great service and I suggest that she be recognized for great customer focus.I was with Toyota I know all the work we put into training our Team Members. Adriana could train us! I ordered boots size 4 for my son and this was my first time buying him boots online. My daughter is having her Quinceanera July 8, 2023, and my son was in need of new boots for that date. When they arrived, they were to big as he needed a size 3 smaller size, I decided to exchange them. I took about three weeks to return as I work alot and left this to a last-minute thing to do. When they received the item he is telling me they have been used and I completely disagree. They mailed and sold me used boots from the store and I did not look at the bottom of the boots at all once they arrived nor when I sent them back . I was confident this was a trustworthy store it is not please look at your item when it gets to your home they will send used items .
