Starlight Cafe

This is a great spot for breakfast and lunch. The chef or chefs behind this kitchen are magicians. This is food that reminds you of home. Everything on the menu is worth every Penny. Please try the burrito de chicharon, papa con queso, and Chile picadillo. Their chilaquiles are mouth watering. Flautas are heavily filled, beef tacos are crispy, enchiladas are amazing (both red and green). Burgers are juicy and filling. I can't wait to go back. Not to mention your meal comes with rice and beans or a side and unlimited tea or Jamaica. Their service staff are VERY FAST and very friendly. Great place to either grab and go or sit and enjoy the planes taking off. This is a definite recommendation.

The cafe is located near the airport on the first floor at the Starlight Event Center. They are open for breakfast and lunch serving a delicious variety of American and Mexican food. The cafe is extremely clean and service is friendly and courteous. Prices are reasonable. I recommend the Starlight burger and the beef flautas. Don't forget the agua fresca including cucumber lemonade, orchata and jamaica.
