Pleasantly surprisedThe spot I picked was in the trailer park portion and water was not available, but they were kind enough to move us to a much better spot that could accommodate our Super C. Location Location LocationYou can't beat it, we walked to and from Tombstone every day. Just a short block or 2 and your at the best bar in town " 4 deuces"

What a complete cluster of incompetence, lack of professionalism, complete vacuum of leadership, and a horrible staff.Upon reserving a premium spot 3 months prior, and confirming that reservation via email and phone conversations; upon following up via phone conversations 1 month prior, 1 week prior, and the day of arrival (all documented via phone records) we pulled into the property. We went into the office, and that's when the reality hit us. This place is clothed in incompetency. We had spot 17 reserved. Once I opened my mouth to secure our spot, the owner stepped in told us she had that spot, and moved us to spot 13 which wasn't even comparable to our reserved spot which was a premium spot. At that time, she then blamed her staff for not telling her that we had reserved that spot (even though we had just called). It was an example of horrible leadership. The only option she gave me was "tough luck" get your money back, accept her option, or leave. We paid to lock that spot in 3 months prior. I know... our expectations were that they would honor their reservations. That's exactly what happened. Our mouths hit the floor and our tempers spiked (my wife and I, that is).Employees laughed at us, others stood there lacking the IQ to address the situation, and the owner chose to threaten calling the cops once we voiced our disappointment and demanded to receive what we paid for.Again, a cluster of incompetence and a lack of critical thinking. This place needs a new owner, the staff needs customer service training, and someone needs to be the adult at this establishment. What we witnessed and experienced was a complete case study on how NOT to run a business. The owner is a complete disaster of a human being. The great thing that came out of this is that within 10 minutes of being berated by the owner, my wife placed a call to Wells Fargo RV park just down the street and not only did we get a great spot closer to town, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us with excellent customer service. It was a night and day difference!Go to Wells Fargo, or stay just out of town, but run... RUN from booking with Stampede RV... the great case study of how not to run an RV park.

Ann, who runs the RV park is amazing- from first meeting her on phone till later at park - nice and friendly - but not in just service friendly but as in long time friends and neighbors friendly!! First morning we ate breakfast at the cafe - wow - wow - can't remember the last time I actually cleaned my plate At breakfast- again just awesome relaxed service - we decided to stay a third night - told Ann and the incredible young lady that cooks and does it all - we we're staying extra night just for her breakfast - when we went in already couple of tables - I just helped ourselves to coffee - pretty soon I was getting other folks coffee and making a fresh pot - Ann came in and helped with orders - all tables full - all tables happy !! Sad to leave this morning - got hugs and promised we would be back !!!!

In the heart of Tombstone. Close enough that you can walk into town, but far away enough that you don't get the noise. The sites are a bit close together, but for the price you couldn't beat it. Check in took a little while due to a line, but the staff were friendly and accommodating. I wish the reservation confirmation told you what time check-in was. The restaurant looked like they had a good selection of food, but we didn't get a chance to try it.

From the time we were seated, it took an hour and 15 minutes to get food on our table. Very disappointing the restaurant seats 20 people inside and 12 outside and they were not able to keep up the food was greasy. The only thing I enjoyed with the biscuits and gravy.

My boyfriend and I stayed 4 nights here for Valentines Day and I have to say out of all the RV Parks this one was the quietest. The staff was very kind and helpful it was alot of fun, clean bathrooms and within walking distance to all the local attractions I highly recommend this place to anyone with an RV or trailer. It did rain but that was mother nature's doing. I would like to extend my thanks to the Staff their for their kindness and warm hospitality looking forward to seeing you again thank you

This place ended up being a pleasant surprise for us. While it doesn't have the amenities some other RV parks have, the staff was super friendly on all fronts. Extremely accommodating, and always around if we needed something.

I had # 61 reserved for 3 months through vrbo and the day I was to check in I called to get a door code as one had not been provided and was told my place was booked but 6 days before I was still told they would send my code the day of check in! Ann who answered the phone offered to see what they had available and when I wanted equal to what I had paid in full for 3 months in advance she called me rude and hung up on me. Seems like a classic bait and switch as I told her I had reserved and paid for a 2 bedroom/2 ba mobile home and didnt want an rv. I called vrbo and had my money refunded but was left in town with no reservation and no one had availability. The photos they use in the ad is also misleading. First picture is the ad and 2nd picture is what it really looks like. Advertised picture looks like a mobile home sitting in a nice spot but I drove by there and it is not. There was an rv with a slide out so close you could not walk between them and the whole park is this way. Also it is not a RESORT as advertised. It is a trailer park! Horrible place and worse office staff. Do yourself a favor and don't fall victim to their crappy booking system and misleading advertising.

Just three blocks from the famous Allen street and OK corral, this place was perfect. The manager Debbie was so kind and hospitable. We stayed in a text spot. The bathroom and showers were very clean and very nice including adorable western style lantern lighting outside the bathrooms and saloon style doors leading in to the shower space. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and plan to go back and stay there.
