Spent 1 night there and was a very pleasant experience. Dennis the camp host was very helpful and knowledgeable about what to do in the area. Loved the fenced patio site. Dave the owner stopped by & welcomed us to the campground. It was very tidy and we would highly recommend it.

Enter the big gravel parking lot, and the small (somewhat cluttered) office is at the back of park. The guy who met us was a bit out of sorts - wanted to grumble about working so hard and long (I did feel bad for him but still). When I called to confirm our reservation, he said they weren't open on Sunday. Hmmm, I made a reservation 2 weeks ago - no mention of not being open on Sunday. Anyway, he was there, and we got checked in. The first site, we had no power from the pole. He moved us to another site, and all was fine and good. Sites are gravel and mostly level. You are up close and personal with your neighbor! It is mostly long term with a smattering of overnight sites available. It was very windy and, hence, very dusty when we were there. The park is about 4 miles off I-10 so it's mostly quiet with the occasional tractor trailer from highway 11. Verizon was 4g 2-3 bars but the signal was not very good so our hot spot was sketchy. Their WII FI was too slow to use. Satellite would not be a problem. On the bright side, we had one beautiful sunset!

This quaint RV Park in the middle of the desert is quiet, beautiful mountain views, open sky for star gazing. They have wi-fi, a small but clean clubhouse with laundry, showers and two pool tables. The best part of this park is that it is a donation based place starting at $20. Dennis the host is so friendly and nice. He really wants you to enjoy your stay and is incredibly helpful and welcoming. Concrete pads with pad enclosures for privacy. Perfect for a one or two night stay if you are passing through.

Such a great RV Park. As a traveling nurse it's hard to find a quite clean place that isn't outrageously expensive. There is a lot of value here. It's very very clean and well maintained, camp host is very caring and keeps an eye on the trailers when he knows you won't be there. Away from the interstate and train tracks making it very quiet but close enough to the town to participate in everything around town.
