Splash N' Dash

Used this touchless automatic car wash for the first time. The result was, drum roll, please....neutral. Well, the spotless rinse....wasn't. That was my major complaint. Also, there's no free vacuum machines as I'm used to receiving at a automatic car wash.In their defense, my car was pretty dirty having gone through a rare snow in El Paso with heavily salted/sanded roads almost a month ago. I had some caked dirt on my car. There was an attendant who offered a scrub prior to the wash, but I declined it and did it myself. I had a plenty of time since a vehicle ahead of me just went in, and I believe the gentleman was getting the pretty extensive wash and treatment.Pre-wash scrub is a must especially for the front grill, bottom of your doors, and the back depending on the condition of your car. I thought I did a pretty decent job scrubbing my car due to the aforementioned conditions, I still missed some spots especially at the bottom of my doors. The price starts from $6 up to $20(?). I tried a basic plus with ultra clean triple foam polish and clear coat protectant for $8. With $2 more I could've gotten rain X.Actually, I would give three and one half. It did what it was supposed to do (except spot free rinse). I think I would go back and try it again--next time I'll do a better job scrubbing my doors & dirty spots.

Came to wash my car for the second time. I used the right carwash both times. The first time only one side rinsed worked, I didn't say anything. The second time only the left side rinsed my car followed by the rinse spot free. I dried my car by hand and noticed a lot of soap left on the rights side. I informed the gentlemen that works there that the rinse cycle only did the left side. He proceeded with telling me in a snotty way "What do you mean". Boy, this little Ed Sheeran looking MoFO talked that way when a customer who approached him to inform him and he talked to me that way. He told me that's how it's suppose to work. I told him but every other cycle does both sides. He argued that's how it works. I waited for another car and saw that every cycle consisted of both sides working except of one. I told him it did it again. He said he saw the video. I told him to play it back to explain to him. I told him it's recorded for their security. He said wouldn't. I told him I wanted a refund, he said he can put me on the left carwash. I told him I still wanted my refund because it left a lot of soap on my car. So a heads up, rinsing one side of the car is how it's suppose to work. ‍

Awful, car still dirty. I am sure the owners know this is awful and still don't do anything about it Hope they close

Fidel is a wonderful individual, polite and very compassionate at what he does. I flew down to El Paso to help my Grandfather get his life back in order. Fidel helped me with a smile to clean a huge messy truck! Thanks

One side of the car is completely unwashed, this has happened to me twice now, I'm sure the company is aware, yet they don't care to fix the problem. There is no attendant to complain to. I would recommend you avoid this place.

Pretty decent touch less car wash. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. There was only 1 car in front of us so we didn't have to wait long.

The worst car wash I've ever gotten only half my car got washed because only one of the pressure sprayers wasn't working and the side that did get washed looked horrible! You're an idiot if you get your car washed here!

Was there to get the most expensive car wash at 1:15 pm on Jan. 6. Gave man $20 for $12 cost plus a $2 tip. Attendant Ran around the bottom of the car with a brush but did not do the windows with the soft mop or anything else. Attendant then ran into the shack for change and rolled up a bill, gave it to me and turned on the green light to proceed. I looked down at the change and he had shortchanged me. Last time I was there, it was the same.This is stealing and It is wrong. Going Elsewhere other than theMesa St. location in front of Walmart!
