I took my wives Nissan Rogue in to repair Christmas holiday Shopping scratches on the vehicle. The owner and staff did a great job in the Rogue!!I highly recommend them!

Great and amazing job. My paint was swirled from previous owner. It was bad. Shawk did an amazing job bring it back to life. I believe you have to protect your investment and Shawk helped me do that. Thanks again and this is the only shop to touch my high end vehicles and toys.

This place has a poor staff and very bad customer service they did a horrible job on my vehicle and when asked to correct the problem we were told to take it to another detailer!!! My children could wash and vacuum the car better than they did!!!!

They recently moved to Tucson, Az but they're still taking orders online for the NM area. I wouldn't have known if I didn't call after they no-showed.

My car was filthy from allowing my teenager to haul all her friends around for 2 years. The car was backed over in front by a tall pick-up and a couple more bumps and bruises. I knew it would take a while to clean it up right. I live down Solano about a mile so while I was making the appointment I asked if they could give me a ride home. The man said "we can arrange for that". I go to my appointment and they tell me they are going to call an Uber & have me pay for it. I explained that was not what I heard the man on the phone say. The owner said "why should I pay for it?." I explained I just lived straight down the road, asking if his assistant could take me home but the owner said no. I called a neighbor to pick me up and waited for her to finish her errands before she could pick me up. This was some bad customer service. If this was his plan why didn't he tell me that to begin with? The next day I got my car. I was surprised at how many areas were not clean. Nothing big but for what I paid him I would think he'd have gone over the car himself. I told him I thought the situation wit the ride was not good customer service. He then stopped me from driving away to tell me he would sue me in court if I left negative feedback anywhere. I told him my family has been in business for generations and he interrupted me to say "I don't care about you and your family, I gave you good service." By the time I got home I had received 2 text messages from him again threatening me with litigation if I left any bad feedback. I will never patronize this business again or any business this person has a part in and I'm not going to let threats stop me from exercising my First Amendment rights. The car looked good when it was done, but customer service was bad.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS. Brought in my car to have it detailed, and afterwards the driver's seat would not longer fold forward. After jamming a screwdriver between the components several times, I was told that "If we find out how to fix it, we'll call you." After leaving the shop, my car broke down on the side of the road not half a mile later. The idiots had sprayed the engine down so much that there was water in the distributor cap. When I called I was told that it was my problem, and that they've never had this issue before with any other cars. The detailing job looked good but do not let these guys anywhere near your engine bay. You're better off hopping up a squirrel on bath salts, strapping a rag to it, shoving it under the hood and hoping for the best.Edit: Also including the response from the owner from the same review on Google. For reference, this vehicle has 69,000 miles and was purchased two weeks ago after being reviewed by two separate mechanics who found nothing wrong with it. Keep in mind that this is the kind of person you're dealing with if and when something goes wrong. If you look at any of the low reviews on Google, they receive the exact same childish response from the incredible well-spoken "Shawk".

I consider my vehicle as an extension of my home and am very picky about cleaning. Given that I have a large dog and a baby I just don't have the time I used to have to clean it myself. I am so, so happy with the incredible job that the staff at Splash did on my interior detail. My vehicle looks better than it did when I bought it, so thank you to the Splash staff for the work, time and care taken to work on it. I will be booking with you again. :)

My 2018 Toyota Avalon looks like new with the Concierge package I chose. Excellent service. I recommend if you are looking for a quality car detailing service.

No Shawk, actually my car wasn't "bad" at all but I will keep in mind that you require a clean car in order for you to detail it properly. I did a walk through in garage with no lighting after waiting for 5 hours and 43 minutes for my vehicle. Also my apologies but my husband didn't pay top of the line anything just gave you free money for something that I had done myself, like you so kindly suggested before hanging up on me, would've looked 100% better without spending over $150. And I don't know about you but after waiting that long I'd hate to see what miracle you would've preformed if I brought it back, unless you wanted to keep it over night. These are not false accusations but I do appreciate you replying since you have since then ignored our phone calls. Oh and yes he payed $30 extra dollars for a larger vehicle

Was going to have my new car ceramic coated. This establishment preys on uninformed customers using a bait and switch tactic upselling to a more expensive products. This is a very dishonest method of doing business and I would recommend that everyone avoid this business at all costs.
