Spa Auto Collision

This was the worst customer experience I have ever had. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls so I had to go in person to the shop to get an update on my car. They lied repeatedly about the timeline and status. Paola is apparently the office manager and she told me the car was ready then when I showed up an hour later to pick it up they were still working on it. ThisIs after they told me twice that the car would be ready by a certain day and it wasn't. After asking around I have heard similar stories. Stay far away from this place

They did a great job on my vehicle and delivered it on time as agreed. The quality of repair was excellent .

Amazing service!! Marta and Sal are awesome. They helped us with the process and always returned our calls. They provided a car for us to use while the repairs were being done to my truck.
