Very caring, professional and the most experienced staff i have ever had as my doctors. They get down to the bottom of your pain, and are never ever judgmental. And they communicate and break down all the information about your situation, and find the right plan to manage your health, and pain.

I just went there a week ago it was unprofessional and took too long of a waiting time to be seen. The meds I'm prescribed don't even help me at all I'm gonna go and find a different pain management that can help and prescribe the correct meds that I need I don't want to see a nurse I want a real MD

Not a Dr. Visit 1 was a "teleconference" basically a drug update with drugs prescribed by a real dr. Insurance says not a dr a nurse can't do teleconferences, talk to him "DR" says his "people will fix" NOTHING, talk to staff NOTHING.. visit Visit 2 told same issues need you to come in for urine test so you can get Tramadal . visit 3... 10 minute teleconference told "DR" if insurance will not pay need to find another dr... "DR" says no problem his staff will fix it.,,, bullshit again, came visit 4 to talk to him about hosing me and he charged me, think about what a piece of shit this is....

I will begin by saying that dr. Ramirez was the only doctor in Las Cruces who actually helped me. I have serious pain issues and I had been round and round with another "pain clinic" to no avail. I suffered immensely for over a year before I finally got some relief! I have had epidurals and I have gotten much needed pain meds for a bunch of broken bones and nerve conditions. I can now think straight and I am able to manage my pain for the first time in a few years. I don't have addiction problems but I am addicted to Not being in pain. Yes, I still suffer but certainly not as much as I used to. I'm happy to have found dr. Ramirez and his team. They are all friendly and helpful professionals.

The best pain center in town for sure. I was ready to just drive to El Paso but Dr. Ramirez restored my faith in Las Cruces pain management. He has been doing a bang up job and the new office is a LOT nicer than the old one. I go mainly for pain meds and the injections in my wrist. The injections do suck but getting a needle stuck in your body is going to suck anywhere.
