They were amazing! Chris followed up with me from the original claim to delivery after installation. 100% professional. My windshield came all the way from Italy ( Maserati) and he kept updating me every step of the way. I highly recommend this place. Thanks Chris!

Called another place and got an automated service that wouldn't even connect me with a person. Called Southwest Auto Glass, and the individual answered the phone was very courteous and set me up with an appointment. You can't beat talking to a person when your time, money, and business is concerned.

This place was a life saver! Had a rock hit my windshield as I was driving through and they were able to replace it and keep me going in the same day! They're efficiency with my windshield was matched with their precautions in keeping everyone healthy! I had no problem waiting outside and they called with any questions before making the final repair. Thank you!

Thank you for the over priced quote. I get that I am a woman and young but I am not stupid it is really disappointing to get an over priced quote. Beware of these people. I got a quote for half their price from Safelite!!!

Got a chip in my windshield that became a rapidly expanding crack in my windshield in the middle of a road trip from LA to Austin. Found Southwest Auto Glass (went to the 811 Southwestern Drive location) after Safelite had no open appointments, and was greeted by Fred, the nicest man I've ever met. He took a look at my windshield, concluded it needed to be fixed, and then suggested I wait until I reached Austin since it wasn't a driving threat - no upselling whatsoever. When we decided to get it fixed in El Paso, he moved a morning appointment to fit me in as his first customer of the day so that our long drive to Austin didn't get pushed late at all. The glass looks fantastic, the prices are low, and Fred and his team are all very kind and very, very helpful.

Replaced a windshield with these guys today, and everything went smoothly. Previously set up a mobile service call but decided against it this morning, so I showed up at their location by 8am . No protests whatsoever, they took my car and 48min later the job was completed. Price was competitive, they provide options to meet you at home or work = happy customer.

This place is awesome! My windshield was hit by a rock and got a chip in it. I called ahead and got an appointment within the hour, although they do take walk ins as well. Both the woman and man at the front desk were very nice and helpful and they had me in and out in about 30 mins. Great repair, great service, definitely recommend!

I had my windshield replaced. I noticed that the stickers were replaced, but not the attached devices in the windshield. (MY GoPro). When I inquired, I was asked did I use it, did I know what it was forI still requested it and the employee returned and said, "it was not found"So unethical, unprofessional, and condescending .Proceed with cautionNever again!

Never again will I use this place. I had an appt to replace a windshield and I was going to inquire where to park my vehicle and inquire if they had any face masks since I had forgotten mine. If Not I was going to my home to retrieve it. Barely opened the door and was not afforded the opportunity to ask. I was beginning to ask and was cut off by the guy at the counter and asked to move my vehicle. Ill never use this place again. I had used safelite auto glass in the past and they did an exceptional job. I will be using safelite from now and and recommending they not use southwest auto glass. Southwest auto glass also has several negative reviews .Never again.

This saga (rather nightmare) never seems to end. Viva Ford body shop outsourced to this company the replacement of a windshield on my Toyota FJ Cruiser. After I got my vehicle back, supposedly fixed, when I drove it on the freeway, there seemed to be excessive wind noise. I searched the Internet to see what the problem could be. Turns out if the leading edge of the top molding on the FJ Cruiser above the windshield is not flush with the windshield (i.e. there is space between it and the windshield), there is excessive wind noise. I checked my FJ and sure enough, there was up to a 1/8" to 3/16" gap between the windshield and upper molding edge. As it turns out, you are not supposed to re-use the old molding when you replace the windshield and these guys did, damaging the molding when they took it off. To make matters worse, the cowl cover below the windshield came loose and nearly flew off. It had not been properly attached and upon further inspection, they had tried to use the same clips and again, when the windshield is replaced and the cowl cover is removed, you are to put new clips on it. It gets worse. The upright framing on the side of the windshield, called "pillars" has a cover over it called a "garnish cover". The garnish cover on the passenger side was loose and easily moved. The dealership decided to fix these problems themselves and when they pulled off the upper molding, they discovered it had been attached primarily with glue. If Southwest trained their employees, or even bothered to get the factory repair manuals for the cars they work on, they would have seen that the upper molding above the windshield on the FJ Cruiser is mainly attached with 8 clips, two of which bolt into the roof. There is no excuse for this type of workmanship, except that they are trying to rip people off. If Southwest had any integrity, they would offer a refund to Viva on their labor costs.
