My Toyota Corolla had a large crack in the windshield that just kept getting larger due to the heat. I emailed Southwest Auto Glass and was able to get a quote for a full windshield replacement. I called in next day and due to Covid 19 I would have to drop off my car. Well I am still working and I only have one car. They suggested they come to me at my home. They worked with my schedule since I do get off around 230pm. They came and did the job while I stayed inside my home. It was so fast and I just have no complaints whatsoever. They gave me the proper instructions and that was it! I definitely recommend.

Great customer service from all staff! I came in to have my rear view mirror attached cause it keeps falling off. Fred the manager said it was a common problem in El Paso. I didn't have to wait long either. They even cleaned the outside of my window. If my rear view mirror falls again I will definitely go back to these guys.

My rearview mirror detached from the windshield because of insanely high speed bumps. I tried to fix it with two different repair kits at an auto supply store. They didn't work! SW Auto Glass Repair was actually recommended by an employee from a different auto supply shop. I brought my car first thing (0800) on Friday the day before Memorial Day holiday weekend without an appointment.The manager took my car into the garage right away and everything was taken care of in less than 30 minutes!!All employees were friendly, kind, and competent. This business in West El Paso is a gem. My experience was off the chain! Thanks so much.

My RV was damaged while they were working on it.If you use this place to have your windshield replaced and you leave the vehicle in their hands be aware that if or when they damage it they will find a way to blame you for the damage. The EP police wont help as far as doing a report and if you get your insurance involved SW Auto Glass will refuse to cooperate and provide their insurnace or pay for the damages. That forces you to fit the bill or get lawyers involved. If you are smart you will stay far away from here. There are far more reputable places in El Paso.

A large crack appeared on windshield out of nowhere (rock on freeway??). Not safe driving all the kids around. Southwest Auto glass was able to get me an appointment right away. They were incredibly helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure my car and I were taken care of. Would definitely recommend them to family, friends, and would use again myself in future if ever needed.

I was told to replace the windshield it would take about 3 hours, but it was completed in 1-1/2 hours. They told me what I had to do and what not to do. Very professional staff and service. Best place to have auto glass services.
