They were prompt and efficient. I contacted them because the other company I called was late and didn't notify me of their delay, very unprofessional! Thank gawd this company came through. They wore masks and were professional and friendly.

Appointment made for annual check up and Chris was there on time. A/C was bought and installed 2017 - unit checked out and working great!

I have used Southwest Air Conditioning Two times in the past two years. Richard fixed a massive leak last Spring and was out this Spring for a mico leak. Last year he advised me that my system was 20 years old and I might consider replacing it. This year, I asked if it could make it a year. He told me that he could fix it for a year. Then we talked about it, I called my wife, we opted for a new system. He explained everything and made sure I understood and that it would take three weeks because of the supply chain. He called me a week later and just put it in today. If you want an integrity filled man that does everything by the book, this is who you want. He will not take any shortcuts and is very upfront about it. He knows his business and is super polite. I told him that any time he needs a reference, he can call me.
