Southview Apartments

Don't move into this apartments please!!! This apartments are trash along with the management team they don't know how to do their job they are sooo unprofessional! I moved in august 3 last year and I moved out just this past weekend they told me I had to turn keys September 6 which I did then I get there and manager said sep 5 anyways real problems are many of them first your toilet flush handle will brake every two weeks you're going to have to be calling and calling to get it fixed so be ready for that! Also they will give you the apartment dirty when you move in supposedly they cleaned it before I moved in and it was very dirty I had to hire a lady to clean it when I moved out I contacted same lady to clean it this past weekend so don't have shit to say just because I'm a good person and they still find shit to charge you they are charging me 256 last month was my last month I was supposed to pay I understand I have to pay bills but that's only one which is water I don't know where they are getting 256 from then I get an email this morning charging me more than 700 for god knows what ! I lived there by myself I know I didn't do anything I'm a clean person and I turned it in exactly how they gave it to me in fact even better because I turned it in clean. Since I moved in I had to get a two bedroom even though it was only me that's because I didn't have other options and the closet door of empty room was broken the light and air on stove did not work at all I never said anything because I didn't care about that I was not going to use the other room anyway lol. Also there's mold around sink and shower it's nasty and when they painted the apartment before I moved in they did a super shitty job. I don't know if they are charging me the stuff that was already broken when I moved in but it's there fault not mine obviously. Also they don't have ac you will be sweating all the time, I just got a place for 800 ten times better in southview you will have to pay 850 to 1000 or more and obviously they are not worth that Jaja not even 600 straight up they keep telling me that if I don't pay that money it will go to my credit trying to scare me I'm not paying anything they messed with the wrong person I'm fighting that and taking that to court and will sue their ass for trying to be rats ! Don't move there save yourselves the money and problems specially if you have kids you don't want them living there I never write reviews on anything this is first time I do it so please take my word for it I wouldn't waste my time writing all this for nothing.

Great Management and Maintenance team! Apartment location is great! Office and maintenance are nice and helpful!

Do not move into these apartments!!! putting zero stars cause they never answer their phones. They never solved our problems about our terrible bottom neighbor letting him smoke in the apartment and cigarette smell going through vents. Management sucks. we cut our lease because we couldn't take it anymore and plus they're charging us for damages we didn't do. they never even got our apartment fixed and cleaned up before we moved in

These apartments managment is terrible, they never answer the phone. They dont help you out at all when it comes to major problems. Maintenance is crappy too they cant fix anything without putting holes in walls. Cynthia is a terrible manager. She is rude and doesnt know how to communicate. Our stove broke, as well as the ac. There is dog poop everywhere. Overall just a bad place and expierence.
