Came here to have work that was done somewhere else redone. I was absolutely blown away with their customer service as well as their knowledge and their proficiency in fixing what was broken with my car radio. Will be returning here for ALL my audio needs!

I was very poorly treated at the counter when asking for information. My request consumed about 10 seconds of their time it took almost 5 minutes before someone had the time to wait on me. Standing at the front counter. Obviously they don't need the business too badly.

Hands down there just isn't anybody better for good quality equipment and great service

I hired Soundquest to install our home theater, ceiling mounted speakers in both the great room and the master bedroom and install backyard rock speakers around the pool with Sonos systems. Their work was flawless and they left the job clean and neat.Their equipment recommendations were perfect and my systems sound and look great! I give these guys an A+ especially the installer Chris.

Excellent car audio store and service, probably the best in El Paso. Father and son owned business, Junior was the man I dealt with, who is knowledgeable, friendly, and best of all, honest. Really great store, he had the stereo and four speakers installed in just a few hours. Highly recommend!

They will only install items they sell. Or maybe they were just trying to get me to buy equipment from them. The guy I spoke with was aggressive and rude. Either way thats a pretty bad way to do business. Go over to Customs Sounds on Lee Trevino instead. They were super friendly and eager to help me out.

I recently purchased a set of floor speakers from Soundquest and as all previous times dealing with this business, am very pleased with the business sales personnel and their excellent knowledge of products and the industry as a whole. Beautiful store!
