This review is in reference to their Las Cruces, NM office: They are the worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. They are only open 1 day a week at the Las Cruces office. Their computer system is down a lot so you need to come back at a later time to make further appointments and pick up supplies. The staff seems to have a mediocre attitude at best. Seems to be a very unorganized operation over all. Guess that is because they are only open the 1 day a week for appointments. You never see a Dr. at the Las Cruces Office, only a Nurse. However, you still have to pay the higher Specialist copay (at least with Blue Cross). If I am paying to see a Specialist I want to see the actual Dr.

This is the worst sleep center lab they make you pay your copay's up front for appointments they are scheduled more than a month out then they cancel the first one reschedule then you go use the restroom have a medical problem don't have the study and then it takes them for ever to refund your copay and lie to you saying they never talk to you on the phone after you tell them their names is on your notes. Highly recommend do no use this office.

Avoid at all cost! The staff is bothered if you call with questions, every question requires a new study, follow up is impossible. Not 1 visit, interaction or experience has been positive.

Sleep therapy Great customer service and the nurses / staff are very polite. There's never a bad vibe. Every time I come to an appointment here, I learn something new. Any questions you may have the doctors here always answer and explain your issues with you. I would recommend Sonno east to anyone who has sleepy issues or suspect they have those types of issues.

Money hungry and unprofessional. My "comprehensive assessment" was cut short due to the nurse having a family emergency. I understand those things happen. However, I was only seen for about 5 minutes and was billed $225 for the so-called assessment and they are refusing to work with me. I was rushed out the door and even told the nurse it was okay, that I understood. But I was not expecting to be billed in full for clearly sub-par care.
