Sohle Express Towing

I called and asked for help putting on a spare, but when the driver, Sergio, arrived, he insisted on towing it. I get reimbursed through insurance so I went along with it. He immediately got on his cell phone while driving and never put on a seatbelt so I had to listen to the warning beeps the entire drive. He got off the phone and said "you're paying cash, right?". I told him I did not have cash on me. He pulled over at the next 7/11 and wanted me to take cash out! Totally sketchy rude service. Never again!

I can't say enough about the guys in this shop! We were traveling from Indiana on a 5 week trip across the country in our RV. When we got to El Paso our fuel pump went out and left us stranded in extreme heat with our 11 year old daughter and two dogs. We didn't know the area AT ALL and chose a tow service at random. Calling these guys was the BEST decision we made! Nate was more than helpful and even took my husband to secure a rental vehicle before towing our rig. He came back, had my daughter, dogs and I load up in his truck where it was cool, hooked up and off we went. They did all the repairs-because more than the fuel pump was wrong-and got us back on our vacation! It took a couple of days but the work was done right and done fair! First class operation!

I got a flat tire and I thought I'd drive it that way to the nearest tire shop but my tire came off. I had my son, so pushing or removing the tire in the middle of a busy street was not an option. I called Sohle Express Towing and within less than 10 minutes, they were at location. The owner JR, was extremely helpful, and patient. Very happy with the service and will definitely use these towing company again if needed.

Choose another towing company!! I had an accident with a rental car. Called the rental car company and they requested the car to be towed back to their agency which was only a couple miles away. I relayed that information to the tow truck driver. The way the tow truck driver responded was rude and he basically acted like a jerk!! Despite my request he towed the car to an impound without me knowing. I returned to the rental car agency to find my rental car was not there. As a result the rental car agency would not close out my account because the car was not in their possession and the impound would not tow the car to the rental agency. Because of the tow truck driver's actions what could have been an easy transaction has now become a convoluted mess with the rental car agency and the impound. It has also cost me additional days of rental fees because the impound would not release the vehicle!! There are plenty of towing agencies, take my advice and don't choose Sohle Express Towing!

The worst towing company I have ever encountered. After my vehicle was in an accident El paso police called the towing company "Shole Express Towing." The man that arrived at the scene seemed friendly at first, nevertheless after i refused to have my car towed to the man's friend mechanic shop he changed his attitude. He became rude and uncooperative. He left my car in the middle of the street, and so i had to get the police involved. The police made the man come back to my house to properly set my car. After the man left my house the second time I inspected the car and noticed that he had broken my glasses and the sun-glass compartment. To make things worst the people at their so called main office are just as uncooperative.
