Smith Ford - Service

Great Ford Dealership. I broke down just East of the New Mexican border. I had a tow truck take me to this Dealership after hours where we dropped off my car. They were the closest Dealership. The next morning I went to the Dealership and they were able to fit me in and diagnose the problem. My engine was blown. Fortunately there were 24 miles left on my warranty. Anyhow, great treatment by everyone here, including Ed is sales who took the time to personally get me to the Greyhound Station. Thank you Ed!

Apparently I had a blowout last night, somewhere on the highway with my tandem axle trailer. I didn't feel it, hear it, and nobody pointed it out to me--it was the middle of the night, to be fair.I called Smith and they said they'd have no problem mounting a tire that I had brought with me. I was on the road lighting fast. Wonderful!

We were lucky, y'all. Driving from Austin to Tucson we had a tire blowout on the highway and it just so happened to be in the small town of Lordsburg (thank goodness it wasn't in the miles and miles of deadzone with no cell phone service and no mechanics for miles).We broke down about 4:30pm. Made a quick call to Smith and they were able to get us in right away. We'd had to change to a spare on the side of the road, but made it to the shop by 4:40pm. They closed at 5pm that day, so we made it just in the nick of time. They hustled hard and chop-chop, we were on our way again by maybe 5:05pm. Very fast, efficient, and friendly! Plus, they didn't hike up prices even though they knew that we were stuck and had no way to price comparison shop, etc. They could've really gotten us by driving up the prices but they were actually cheaper than the last set of tires I bought from my normal tire guys in Tucson!!!I would definitely recommend to a friend! A+ job and friendly service!

My rating is a zero . Took my truck to be fixed from break down on the freeway and it lasted 2500 miles and same thing happened. Took it back again and still didn't fix fix it even their own warrantied parts. Beware of this place .

When I have my vehicle serviced, I want to be taken care of and stay on track. I don't feel taken advantage of when they make a recommendation. I trust they guide me through the service process. A little prevention goes a long way since I am on the road a lot. The service and office staff are the BEST!

Great service, hometown feel. The owner is there everyday and his staff is very personable.

I have called these people and chatted online trying to get my truck serviced. They have never returned my call, so I would not recommend them!
