I am beyond surprised at the exceptional service through the entire process of looking around, asking questions etc. they were willing to negotiate a lower price. Even though it wasn't as low as we were hoping, their "sales" techniques through the process was absolutely not pushy in any way. They helped us understand why they couldn't go lower. SO friendly through everything. Did the 90-day no credit needed and the woman that helped us finalize the sale was also extremely friendly AND after we're finished she called the warehouse and asked them to un-box our table to ensure no scratches or bumped edges since we are moving out of state with it. When we loaded up items in warehouse they did EVERY thing for you, very good with the items & extremely friendly. Couldn't ask for a better experience & WILL ABSOLUTELY USE THEM AGAIN!

Be very careful when you buy from them. I have dealt with them on two separate occasions, and in both scenarios it didn't turn out well for me. TL;DRI fully believe you can get a good deal if you go to them. You probably could get decent furniture as well. But don't expect them to be honest or keep to their word. They will make you feel obligated to do something right away, or they will not give you the deal you agreed to. Also inspect their furniture before buying, otherwise expect to wait two months for a replacement that will never come. First I bought a kitchen table from them. The table is great! However, the chairs that came with them didn't have middle supports. After about 6 months the seats cushions fell apart. No one over 150 pounds used them and they still broke. The warranty expired, and I was left paying off a table that was broken. Make sure to inspect the furniture for quality before buying.My second experience I bought a bed from them. I was hesitant at first, being worried about the quality of the furniture from before. Let me start off by saying I love the bed despite it being slightly damaged upon delivery. BE careful when it comes to financing with them.I agreed to a specific deal when it comes to financing the bed. They ran my credit, and everything seemed to be fine. I was waiting for the details in writing when I received a call from them telling me that I would be receiving a code on my phone. They told me to get the financing we agreed upon I would have to give them that code at that very moment. So I gave it to them. They used that code to sign me up for a terrible financing deal that would have cost me almost three times the amount we agree upon in the first place. It had a three month buy out option, so I was able to get out of it, but make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing up front, and don't trust them. I talked to a lawyer, and the bottom line was that our laws are just not up to date for this kind of case. He said I could most likely win the case, but it would take years and cost me a fortune in legal fees. So it was most likely a better choice to buy out of the situation.It's partially my fault for trying to save money, and not demanding the paper work up front. They do have relatively cheap furniture. But you get what you pay for. That includes customer service.

Bought a bedroom set as well as a mattress. Best thing is that 95% of everything is in stock! Thank you Sophia for helping me with my home renovations.

I was in there a couple of weeks ago the sales lady was really nice and helpful and understood we were looking, pricing items and would be back in a month or 2 , but I couldn't get passed the owner David hounding us around the store pressuring us to buy now. The sales lady measured several pieces wrote them down for us and there he was following us with gaze around the store, he even stopped us on the way out to ask why we didnt purchase today that he'd make us a deal we couldnt resist if we bought today. Is this normal? I dont think so as much as i loved the piece and appreciated the rest of the staff i cant make myself go back there.
