SkyHawk Towing

Requested a tow for 1 mile and was charged $364. Had to wait for close to 2 hours. The company had poor communication skills. They did communicate an estimated eta. The price was not revealed until it was already moved. Their advertisement stated as low as 100 bucks.The driver couldn't speak English and he didn't offer or provide a translator. It is not his fault for not speaking my language. The driver didn't provide information about the cost either. communication was poor in regards to final payment. However, he did an excellent job loading the vehicle and unloaded it into a tight area.

UNREAL!!! This man and the OWNER/OPERATOR-- did not help, did not even have a gas can when my uncle ran out of gas on the highway! NEITHER men lifted a finger-- EXCEPT when he submitted a $600 purchase off my uncles card. When he QUOTED $500- got there- did nothing- and CHARGED MY UNCLES CARD FOR $600!!! THEN they laughed and left. NEVER use this company. NEVER!
