Rarely do you find a business that deals with internet and tech stuff that is so personable and competent. We walked in when we first moved to Las Cruces expecting to be "sold" some internet service. Instead we met someone who took the time to listen to what WE needed , what WE wanted (and didn't want) and hook us up with reliable internet. I have called a couple times over the last year to ask questions and never been disappointed in the customer service. A year or so into our service with them they called to tell me our special rates had expired and they wanted to make sure we were still getting the best offer possible for the money and our needs. they set up a conference call with Xfinity, made sure we were happy with the deal during that call and followed up with a separate phone call to see if we had any questions or concerns.Sure you can set up your own internet without a company like this. Or you can make sure you have a competent middleman to get you the best deals and stay on top of your service.Highly recommend.

Sky View Satellite provided exceptional service again! Two years ago we walked in disappointed with the satellite service installer and service cost. In speaking with Leo he put together a plan that met our budget and set us up with a service technician (part owner) that set up up that day. He even returned and removed the old satellite that belonged to the prior provider. I was Extremely happy with service provided then but now my service contract has run out. I immediately called Leo and he put me in contact with his contact in the loyalty department and again very satisfied with the service provided. I even called around to other service providers to compare prices and no one could beat it. Thank you Leo.

I rarely to never write reviews, but I just want to tell the world how wonderful it's been working with Dan. I don't think I've ever had anyone go so above and beyond for me. I had a few technical issues that needed resolving, and I am blown away by the attention that I've received, and the help that he has given me. I cannot say enough great things!

Bought a home in LC from out of town and in four days set up all utilities including TV/Internet. It was a whirlwind. I read the great reviews about Sky View Satellite and called. Leo was courteous, patient and professional, answering my questions about pricing and installation. In addition Dan and Tosh were also exceptionally responsive and professional. The installation tech showed up on time and had us up and running in less than an hour. He was also professional. We had issues with the remote control and audio controls. Tosh and Leo walked us through the process via the phone; always patient. When that did not work, We went to store and tried again. When that did not work, Leo scheduled the tech to come out and correct the problem, which he did. I highly recommend this local business that still provides excellent customer service, even after the sale and installation.

I signed up through Sky View for xfinity/comcast for wireless service. After a couple of months I' was informed about a high usage problem.I called Sky View and Dan answered the phone. He clearly explained to me steps to take and covered several question that xfinity/comcast would ask. He also assisted me in getting the correct department at xfinity/comcast. I normally try to avoid middleman, third party services and go direct to the comoany. However; in THIS case, it has absolutely been the right decision! If I ever need them, these guys are on top of it! Super sharp service, always responsive, friendly, and they are right there working on our behalf if we have any issues or problems. Absolutely cannot recommend this service highly enough. Great local company, so definitely let them help you with all your cable and internet service needs.
