Came here because my daughter was getting her hair done in the area and I had a few hours to kill. Just so happened to need my nails and feet done, so without Yelping first, I took a chance on Sky. They opened at 10 and I came in 10 minutes afterward. I was seated immediately in the pedicure seats and they began working right away. Finished both mani (dipped with tip) and classic pedi by 11:30. Speaking of the classic pedicure, I definitely should have gotten a massage and hot towel as stated in the description. The lady kept trying to upsell me and I skipped it because I didn't want the top of the line pedicure. Not integral. I didn't fight it much, but made sure they knew before I left that it was not included and should have been. My manicure was done thoroughly too. Started by someone who was in training I believe and finished by someone more experienced. Unfortunately I got knicked with the electric file and it cut the skin some. No bueno. Ugh. Little things like that really shouldn't happen. Gotta be careful with hand sanitizer now!They're not close to home, but overall they are quick and pretty good. I honestly probably would return if I was in the area and needed nails done. We'll see if it happens.

the guy who's the little girls dad, is rude as heck. if you don't go with what he's trying to sell you, he gets mad at you and treats you bad while doing your nails. I wanted white French tip. he said I put design, and paint for you, look pretty. I said no. he started to put the regular tip on and I looked and said why aren't you using the white tip. he pulled them out. I said what's the difference in price? he says $50 for white, $60 regular plus extra for his design that i didnt want. he takes the tips off ( only 2 when I stopped him) & proceeded to angrily do my nails. slapped the oil on when he was done and walked away. I asked for a towel and he said go wash your hands. mind you he left me there & went & stood by the register. He was awful!

Stopped in for walk in pedis with my sister. The staff was friendly and served us right away. I went with the deluxe gel Pedi and my sister got a regular Pedi and mani. My Pedi was amazing and she got off all my calluses. I really liked my service and will definitely be back for more in the future.

I've been here a few times just because it's convenient, not because it's good. They do a decent job on pedicures but manicures are not good. Again, I only come here as a last resort, such as I need a quick color change or if I don't have time to go to my normal east side spot. 1 star only because they have more color options than another small nail salon in the very close area.

I requested a mani pedi. No base coat was used and the polish job was horrible. The polish was smeared along the cuticle, my nails were cut crooked, the job was so rushed and she moved on to the next client. I asked about my manicure and was told to wait after 3 ladies who entered after me. When I showed him my toes, he said you really couldn't tell and to pay $55.No apology, no effort to correct it, no discount offered. He started yelling, 2 ladies saw my nails and walked out. He then started yelling at those ladies to not come back. All this time the workers and the guy yelled at each other in a foreign language. AVOID THIS PLACE, A RIP OFF AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

What a horrible experience! I took my granddaughter, for what I thought would be a fun outing to get her a Mani Pedi! I got a basic pedicure and she had toes and nails painted the charge for everything $55 ridiculous. The lady spent maybe if I was lucky 10 minutes on me( my heels are still rough) and on my granddaughter about the same they never spoke to us, never talked to us, never even made eye contact ! I believe in customer service first. When she charged me I asked what for they charged $25 for the drops of polish on my little granddaughter! Wow. Then one of the men stalked me out inThe parking lot told me I was rude and I could go elsewhere. Again, customer service. I score them a negative -5.

Where do I begin. Worst nail salon ever. I went in for a mani/pedi. I asked for a deluxe pedicure if that's what you call it. It was the fastest Pedicure I have ever had. If she took 20 minutes on my feet was too long. She seemed rushed and all she did was talk to the other technicians not paying attention to what she was doing. My feet were rough and the nail polish job was horrendous. My granddaughter would have done a better job. My manicure took maybe 10 minutes. I paid $75.00 and I would never ever go back there again.

I went here because I was desperate for a fill and pedicure as the normal shop I go to was out for vacation. I have to say this was the most horrible experience I have ever had. The girl that did my pedicure finished in 20 minutes. She seemed rushed. While I was being rushed they were yelling at the person 2 chairs away because she was asking for prices. After the quick pedicure they started on my fill. This was a different woman. It was no better. She left my nails super thick and made me hold my arm up while she twisted my hand to accommodate her. I never leave reviews because we all have a bad day, but this was not normal practice. I felt like I was on candid camera, or an episode of twilight zone. Please save yourself the torture. Go to nail Depot, they give you your monies worth.

Not a good place to get a proper manicure. They rely heavily on using a drill to take off gel polish when a client asks to be soaked off. They get an attitude. I left rather than finish my manicure (which mind you was not worth the price either). I don't want to spend my money with people who give attitude because they are too lazy to do things properly. That's sad because I'm looking for a nail shop to frequent on a regular basis.
