Got one of Sisbarros flyers for a silver city event. Pulled the tabs and it says I win $5000. Chances are 1 in 46k. Hmm. My neighbor and her neighbor all got the same prizes with the same odds. Flyer says 46,000 entries mailed. Should we all drive together to collect our checks. What a scam

I took my 2017 GMC Sierra diesel truck in for an oil change. They asked if I would like them to top off the DEF. I said yes, as they had topped it off before with no charge. After waiting an hour and a half they finally finished. When I went to pay the bill it was $185.00 dollars! I asked why so much, the service agent informed me they put in 3 gallons of DEF at $14.00 dollars a gallon!!. If that's not price gouging, what is? I purchased the truck from this dealership, but never again.

Amazing service from JD and the rest of the team. We had a flat tire between Deming and El Paso and repair shops were scarce. Roadside assistance helped us locate Sisbarros. It took them less than half an hour to get us back on the road. Thank you JD and Sisbarros.

I was traveling through New Mexico and stopped at a motel in Deming. When I was ready to leave my car was totally dead. I got a jump start and went to Sisbarro's just down the road. It was a Monday and JD Medina the Service Advisor said they were busy (expected on a Monday) but when I told him I was from out of town he said he would see what I could do. They had me out of there within an hour! It was the best service I've ever had from any dealership! And JD was a great guy to deal with! Highly recommended!

I highly recommend going to see Gustavo down at Sisbaro. No pressure guy who's detail oriented. Just got a 2016 Cadillac ct6 and it's an amazing complicated ride. He was patient and informative. So if you want a trusting non pressure rye of salesman tell him the pizza man sent you!!

I would avoid this place if you need any kind of service. I had no choice since I broke down, but I wish I had paid the extra to have it towed home. What I experienced was a circus of mistakes, delays, and lack of communication. It is like pulling teeth trying to get someone on the phone who can say anything other than "I don't know" if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer the phone or even call you back. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this place to anyone.

The tech tried to get me to pay him directly and not give me a receipt and when I complained about it to the service manager, I wasn't taken seriously. After asking multiple times for a refund since I believed that the work that was done to my vehicle was never really done and it was exaggerated from what really was wrong, they finally offered a measly 20% off my next visit (2 months after multiple emails and calls). I will NEVER BE BACK. I even dealt with the service director, Mr. Carpenter from Las Cruces and then I even emailed Lou Sisbarro and I have yet to receive a call, text, email, NOTHING from Mr. Sisbarro, who I would think would take it more seriously... Even after I told him I would never step foot inside another one of his dealerships again and continued to spread my opinion and situation all over facebook and in conversations with my entire friends and family. THEY ARE LOOSING MORE AND MORE CUSTOMERS EVERY DAY!! It is my opinion that the customer is not always right at Sisbarro and Lou hasn't reached out to fix the problem personally even though it has grown to be a MAJOR source of dissatisfaction with me and now my entire family and our friends.Keep in mind, I have every right to my opinion based on the factual events that took place in doing "business" with Sisbarro. I WILL NEVER BE BACK!! Their Loss!
