If you all want to know why this place has such a low rating, step inside. Not only will they pressure you towards another vechicle you can't afford, they will try and lowball you on trade in. Furthermore, they get you to come in under the impression that you actually won $2,500, then waste your time trying to get you in a vechicle they are trying to get rid of.

Well, I received a note from the Sales Manager. Canned response. If Lou was really interested in what happened, he would have researched the situation. He would have found that we were provided with the numbers by them. That was what we were expecting to pay. No Lou, I won't be calling you. It isn't my dealership to protect and I've wasted enough gas and time. Just as an aside, our credit rating is solid.

Horrible experience with all of the Sisbarro dealerships. Been looking for a vehicle and had gone to them for about a week. Spoke with not one but 6 or 7 different people either over the phone or in person. Keep saying they would find something for me and get back to me. It would never happen the day they said they would get a hold of me. When they did call and you stressed your frustration about how you are being valued for your business they just passed the blame between their own dealerships. I ended up getting a vehicle at a different dealership and just today a Sisbarro salesman (I really want to say his name here but will refrain) called and was "following up." When I told him I found something somewhere else he kept passing the blame on to me or other people that I was talking to making me feel like it was my fault that I did not find something with them. He even went as far as putting words in my mouth that I never told him like budget and even a person I did not speak with. I called him out on it. I would never recommend getting anything new or used with any of the Sisbarro dealerships.

Communication from service advisor is horrible. Online tracking is a joke, after three hours I checked with service and my car was ready and online tracker still shoed only arrival. No contact from service advisor. Then I had to ask where my car was and he said it should be in the parking lot. Guess they have never considered delivering vehicle to customer and going over mpi. Don't leave floor mat protector and mirror tag in vehicle. I was a service advisor at Toyota and you could take a few lessons from them about customer service. We love our Buicks but Sisbarro service department leaves a lot to be desired.

If I could give a no star I would. They played switch and bait. Advertised one price but said the actual price was higher. Celeste reluctantly took us on a test drive and spent most of the time on the phone. Then handed us over to Marlyne. They low balled my trade and even though they were working with me on the purchase they started working a deal with another customer on the same vehicle. I went in to buy 2 vehicles and bought none. They were rude, disrespectful and frauds. I am a long time GMC owner. This was my first and last experience with this dealership.

If I could give this less than 1 star I would. Worst car buying experience ever. We walked in with a build sheet and asked about ordering the vehicle we wanted with those options and accessories.The sales staff had a vehicle on the lot in the color and style we wanted and they assured us they could add the requested accessories so we decided to move forward with the purchase.We almost left while in the process of buying after they tried to lowball our trade in and offer 4 - 5 thousand less than 2 other places. We were in the process of backing out when they came out with a reasonable offer.When we left with our vehicle we were told the accessories were being ordered and they would need 2 days to install them when they came in.We were supposed to get the factory towing package. ( turing on the computer assisted back ip and alignnent, an additional cooler and it was all supposed to be hidden under/behind the bumper cover). Upgraded factory avenir floor protection package. Factory body side molded steps in the color of the vehicle. Factory molded mud flaps. They were also supposed to fix the paint chip that was on the door.3 weeks and 2 days later we got the vehicle back. And the only thing right was the mud flaps which they had to reorder because they ordered the wrong color the 1st time.Instead of the factory side steps we got flat after market black l running boards that cost half the price and look like crap, after market floor mats, and an after market trailer hitch that has a plug screwed into our bumper cover that interferes with being able to use the foot activated hatch.No towing package just an after market hitch so we cannot use the features the vehicle is designed with for backing and alginging the trailer and there is no oil cooler.The paint chip was not repaired someone literally used a paint pen to put a blobs of paint on the chip and it looks like crap.Little to zero communication. We had to initiate all contact about where our vehicle was and why it wasn't ready. Only excuses from sales person and her manager about the issues when they delivered vehicle to us yesterday. At this point we are still waiting on a resolution.The only plus was we received a comparable loaner while they screwed ours up and they delivered the vehicle to alamogordo after they took so long.1st 3 pics are factory and what we ordered. This is the worse place to get a vehicle! I bought a 2023 Chevy Malibu with 20 thousand miles I had the car for 30 days when it started jerking every time I changed gears so I took it back and I went back and forth with everyone in the service department Jose Salas, Chuck, Colton, and Justin! Nobody knew what was going on there was no communication between any of the mechanics and the managers, at first they "could not duplicate the problem" until finally they figured out it was the transmission and it needed to be replaced, at this point I was pretty pissed that a pretty new car with low miles needed a whole new transmission. I asked Alex Veloz the sales manager about getting into another vehicle he said I could but I would have to pay another 4 grand after putting down large down payment I was not going to give them anymore money, so I just let it be and let them replace it. It took over a month to replace the transmission finally they called me to pick up my car and it felt different not a smooth ride at all like when I first got it so I drove it home and opened the hood and everything was shaking it sounded like a diesel. I took it back the next day told them it's shaky and loud. Before I bought the car I remember them opening the hood while it was on it, it was so quiet it didn't sound like the car was on so I know this noise and shakiness is not normal! I got a hold of Michael Yoke & Darrel carpenter and they both told me there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and that noise was "normal" they even went as far as asking me to go down there because they had another Malibu that sounded the same to prove that it was "normal" they refused to fix my car or make the situation right! Do not waste your time or money here!

The Service Dept. at Sisbarro is great. They are very thorough,They keep their appointments and the vehicle is ready when they say it will be ready. I wish they sold Chevrolet so I would not have to deal with current Chevy dealer.
