A very professional salon experience. Mary is experienced, classy, and knowledgeable. I came in with some serious hair drama and Mary sorted it out. This salon has the leaning wash bowls - these are FABULOUS!I am not going to lie the price is not cheap. But many times you get what you pay for and in this case paying more means you are getting more - way more. They also provide an itemized receipt at the end of your service - I have never seen a salon be so honest about what exactly you are paying for. Nice touch! All the stylists are kind and supportive. I literally felt like there was a room full of cheerleaders all encouraging my beauty. Simply Devine has a large stock of Moroccan Oil products. The only downside to this salon is the location - it is a bit difficult to turn in and out of off of Telshor because of the traffic and the turning lane in relationship to the light. I will be back to this Salon and I will be booking with Mary!

First I wanted to say the staff was really friendly and nice and welcoming. This rating has nothing to do with their customer service. This rating has to do with the money I feel that I have wasted with this salon. I have had my hair permed for 2 years now so I have a good understanding of what I want my hair to look. I have provided the stylist pictures of what I look like with the type of perm I want. I ask for a short style with tight curls. Because I have straight hair, it takes a while for the chemicals to set in so my normal perm appointments take up to maybe 2-3 hrs. I am new to the Southwest area so when I saw that this salon does men's perms I was excited since I was not finding any luck finding salons that do men's perms. Throughout the appointment I've had to tell the stylist to make my hair shorter. She said she would perm it first and then cut the hair. What that did was instead of my hair having curls, my hair ended up looking like hooks at the end because she cut the parts that curled. Also, she only left my hair to perm for 20-30min. I even questioned her that it seems like a very short time to perm and she said without hesitation that it's suppose to be this amount of time. I also mentioned to her how my old stylist would take an hour for me to let the perm set in and she still didn't acknowledge it. Long story short, after a week, my hair is back to being straight and the curls never set in (and yes I waited 2 days to not wash my hair with other chemicals or go swimming). I have wasted $100 on a style that I never got.

I hadn't been able to get a haircut for over a year due to CoVID lockdowns and it was finally time to do something over a very questionable haircut I received last year . I have pretty curly hair and let's just say it was JACKED up . Naomi was great with correcting my mess of a haircut and turning it into something beautiful . I'm always skeptical about getting my hair done because I've had more than one bad haircut in the past but Naomi made me a believer again ! Highly recommend her for your haircut needs , will definitely go back to her next time I'm in the area and looking for a cut .

Be advised if you try to make an appointment online, they may not actually have the service available. After hearing about them, I made an appointment online and was pleased to find they had an option for a $20 haircut from an apprentice. A few days later I received a voicemail about my appointment. I called back the day before to follow up and was told because I made an appointment online they like to follow up to make sure I will receive all the services I would want. They said I was all set for my appointment. I showed up today for my appointment and the girl at the counter informed me that they don't have an apprentice on staff. She asked who I spoke with yesterday and I could only remember it was a male. They were very focused on who I spoke with...... When I asked what the cost of my haircut would be, the female owner said it would be $45 and asked if I knew what "apprentice" meant....... I do. Overall, I was surprised that for a new client the owner wouldn't honor the price that was clearly listed online and say that it would be different for the next time. Maybe the service and staff would have made me a repeat client and I would have gone on to pay $45+ per haircut. I used to pay that at a different salon. But who's to know now. Clearly they are focused on the bottom line and not client experience or new clients.

Chazz was incredibly knowledgeable about different hair types and gave me very specific feedback about my concerns and was able to help me land on my perfect cut. The salon was clean and trendy, too. Great price!

Chazz did another great job! Color change and haircut were done to what I wanted and done in a timely manner!! The staff as always helpful and pleasant.

Nomi, Nomi, Nomi!!! She is fabulous. She does my hair which is thick and straight, along with my mom's hair which is thinner and curly. Both fabulously. Her color work is just out of this world. She color corrected my blonde to the perfect violet base in one visit!!The aesthetic is beautiful to this salon. Great natural lighting with open windows, very clean, beautiful and feels very calm. They have a private pedicure area and a private color processing area with a small coffee area. They pay as much attention to the details of your experience as they do to your style. I've gotten my hair done all over LA and they can hold their own against them with their salon, customer service, style and stylist education. The staff is always professional but very warm. They have text confirmations and always have ample product (without pushing it on you). Parking is always easy, allow for time for traffic Telshore and you're all set. Love, love and more love.

Nomi was such a treat! I was a first time client and as soon as we walked in she greeted us with a smile and a friendly handshake. She Did a beautiful job on cutting my hair. It's been some time since I've had it cut and she was able to make it look healthy in one visit! She was incredibly personable and fun to speak with. Before we left she made sure to provide her card and told me to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. She was beyond helpful and kind! Definitely will be going back to see her, she was a peach. Thanks Nomi!

Got my eyelash extensions there, Adrianna did SO SO good, and was very professional. I recommend coming here for eye lashes :)

I see my review is getting taken down. This is my hair when I left. Before it was just brown over everything. I was in tears as they charged me $360 to look like this. I asked for my money back because I didn't feel this was worth $400 and the owner told me she wouldn't and that there is nothing wrong with my hair. When she finally agreed to give me some of my money back, she said she would refund my card because she had to call someone and she never did. I have never had a bad experience anywhere before this salon. Save yourself and go to a different one.
