My husband and I were shopping and having what we thought was a very positive experience with Tony. I had returned after 4 years (COVID and I reside in OH) to visit and was excited to shop here. Tried 24 Dec it was closed and returned the 26th going out of our way to do so. As we were joking and laughing and enjoying it took a terrible turn in communication with TONY. He stated he didn't like being "played with". We were confused by his turn in personality. A very dual and blatant emotional switch in personality!!! We profusely apologized for the miscommunication and tried to explain. He became belligerent - stated he would not sell to us?!?Took our selections angrily stated he didn't need our money and demanded we leave his store. Rude and embarrassing and completely unwarranted. In front of other customers we were chastised for "playing with him". We had no idea why his personality switch and anger and again tried to apologize for "whatever" it was he THOUGHT we did. I have shopped here on all visits to Mesilla for YEARS! I will NEVER again enter his shop. Thankfully we found Silver Assets down the street. Treated respectfully and happily spent a few hundred dollars with a proprietor that appreciates and understands loyal customers. Suggest Tony get ENGLISH lessons....anger management classes...and maybe see a doctor for mental issues and much needed medication. Please do not support his abusive belligerent disrespectful nature! One block away is a much nicer more appreciative business that best represents the kindness of those in Mesilla.

They will go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied. I've even had one earring delivered to me since I misplaced one. And they made it happen So happy

Best place for custom jewelry and unique designs. Very attentive to customers. We even ordered items while out of town and pieces shipped right away. We are headed back for more of pieces and to thank them for all they do.
