I called Silver Floral on my anniversary after 4:00pm I ordered an emergency bouquet after the first florist that I called failed. I ordered a $50 bouquet. She delivered it a hour later and it was amazing. Silver Floral did a great job. I highly recommend them.

I ordered a sunflower bouquet for my grandpa who was in the hospital. I placed the order online since I live in Los Angeles and he is in Silver City. I made sure to place it with a local company and not just a generic flower delivery website so that it would definitely get to the hospital. The order was placed on Friday for a Saturday delivery and almost a week later I found out it was never delivered! When I called them to inquire about it the woman who answered the phone was less than helpful and got more rude as the conversation progressed. Basically, they had no record of my order so of course it was never sent. When I tried to place the order over the phone they were then out of the flowers I requested. If I had been dealing with someone polite and responsive I wouldn't have minded any of this but that was not the case. I didn't bother placing a new order with them but instead called Silver City Floral who were more than happy to assist me.

I just ordered some flowers for my mom's birthday and gave Silver Leaf full artistic license to put something together and they did not disappoint. Mom just sent a picture of the arrangement and it is great! Thanks!

Not so happy with the overall customer service. I tried ordering a bouquet on line since I am from out of state and wanted flowers delivered from a local based company. I placed my order on a Saturday morning with what I thought was a confirmation that the bouquet would be sent that day, only to find out the bouquet was never delivered. When I called the flower shop on Monday I was greeted with very rude customer service. The lady on the phone was very frank about letting me know that she was already dealing with another customer and was very rude in her tone of voice. It turns out the flower shop was not opened on Saturday when the hours of operation on the website states that they are open. Regardless if I had someone on the line who was a little more sympathetic and professional I would have reordered. Instead I called Silver City Floral Co. and dealt with a much happier person who was very helpful.
