Nicest people in the world. Quality SW jewelry. My wife bought me a ring to secure my wedding ring. It is gorgeous. Oh, and they like dogs, so perfect.

I cant say enough good things about this place. After visiting quite a few jewelry shops in the plaza this is certainly the best one. Hands down.First off these folks are jewelry makers. They don't just buy stuff and stock it in the store. I saw one customer picking up a belt that had been repaired and another who'd purchased jewelry but needed it to be adjusted. The guy kept taking it to the back and working on it and bringing it back to her until it fit as she like.I also was interested a bracelet that I couldn't fit and somehow he was able to heat and bend it into a shape so that I could. There was only one person working that day, the owners husband. He was so patient and made suggestions based on what he thought I would like and not just the highest priced item in the store. Also he knows how to back off and let you browse on your own but is always near if you have questions or need help.They also can do orders via phone by video chat or sending you photos of the items and will ship.

My wife and I love this "gem" of a jewelry store. We come to Las Cruces from Chicago to visit our daughter at NMSU and have found the old Mesilla shops. We walked past this one on our first visit and the dog outside caught our attention and welcomed us in. The customer service is fantastic. We walk in to say hi and always walk out with a wonderful addition to our jewelry collection. This years go around, Henrie worked with us to custom build two rings. The value is exceptional and the selection is unique. Thanks guys! We proudly wear your jewelry everyday!

Loved their jewelry and their customer service. The guy even had me take off my other ring and said he'd fix it up while I looked around... let me tell you, he brought it back looking all nice and shiny and stone was nice and firmly in-place again. ;-) I asked what I owed and he said nothing I couldn't have you walking around here with your ring looking like that. ;-) . Now that my friends is good customer service. And yes I bought something, but he didn't know at that time if I was going to buy something or not. Oh yea, resizing any ring is free and can be done in 10 to 15 mins.

This store has it all, from their gorgeous array of finely crafted jewelry to excellent service and fair pricing, it is a rare find. I purchased a silver necklace and "huggie" earrings. The earrings are my everyday pair as they are elegant in their simplicity and so well made I don't worry about losing them. I ordered the same pair for my daughter as a holiday gift and she too finds they are her go to earrings. You will be very pleased with the customer service here.

Went looking for a place to have some chains repaired. While he does not offer repairs, he did have several quality chains in different lengths and thickness at a very reasonable price. I purchased two and he even offered sold them to me taking the broken chains as and partial trade in (his very generous offer).There was a large selection of merchandise. All hand crafted. I will be shopping there for many gifts.

Great selection of southwest and modern jewelry. Amazing customer service. Went in looking for a turquoise cuff bracelet, came out with one that had been custom fitted to my scrawny wrist, and patina'd to look a lil vintage-y!

I have been buying jewelry here for years and highly recommend it. They have the best selection of inlaid Native American jewelry in the area and some of the best I have ever seen. Their customer service is terrific. They will reset missing stones, change a metal watch band, and other things for no charge. They will never try to sell you something just for the money. They also have a great selection of sterling silver neck chains in all lengths and patterns and thicknesses.
