Signature Uniforms

Visited two days in a row and each visit was pleasant and service friendly. Travel nurse in town and I purchased scrub set, jacket and shoes. Went back for surgical hats and they had a few solid colors that I didn't fancy. Overall since there are no competitors in the area the pricing is not a steal but I'm happy with the quality of items purchased.

I completely agree in that this place has the worst customer service ever. I'm surprised they're still open for business. I got three sets of scrubs as a gift from this place that did not fit and obviously the receipt was not included as part of the gift. I tried to go exchange them for another size and was told I could not do so at all without the receipt even though I said I was willing to get credit for whatever price they wanted to give me. Unfortunately the person that got me the scrubs threw the receipt away, we are all human after all, and all I have are three sets of new scrubs with the tags attached. Apparently that is not enough for them, well....this store is definitely not enough for me either. I tried to explain the situation to the alleged manager, Cynthia, and she was not willing to help at all and as a matter of fact asked me to never go back again even though I was not rude at all. I asked for the owner's name so that he/she knows what is going on at their place of business and this was denied to me also. This is a great example of why brick and mortar stores are disappearing. Why go get products at a place where you get terrible customer service, poor selection, terrible prices, and horrendous store policies? Save yourself money and trouble please go elsewhere.

I wanted to pay with a gift card, but with the device to slide the card, was not working. Then I asked the staff if she could enter the card manually but she said she didn't know how. I ended paying with my debit card because obviously the staff didn't want to accept my gift card.

Mariana was a great helper, she helped us through out the whole process of picking which us would fit us the best. I would totally come back!

Still has a mask policy, I was not allowed to enter without a mask. They didn't have masks available for guests who didn't have one. They had slim selections. They were overbearing when selecting my scrubs. There was a small limit on what I could bring into the dressing room and the attendant was very pushy when I was trying my scrubs on. I just wanted to browse and try on what was comfortable. I would go elsewhere.

I had a great time here and everyone was helpful. I took different sets and even some on sale. all these other comments are just crying babies that can't deal with small store policies. But besides that, I love coming here because they make me feel good and they always have cute scrubs!

I needed a scrub top only. I was informed that the brand was on clearance and that clearance items had to be bought as a pair. I, like many people, do not wear the same size top as I do bottom. I was told I had to buy the bottom of the same size (which is too small and I did not need) and that I could not purchase the top separately. The manager and employee were incredibly rude about my concerns with having to purchase a full priced pant too small for me, that I did not need just to purchase a top. Their reason was its clearance, as if I were the one who chose for the item to be clearanced. I would have gladly paid full price for the top as I already have the matching pants. When I asked where I could issue a complaint, they stated I could not complain. The little girl working in the front said it was "weird" that it bothered me that I had to buy pants I didn't need, a size too small for full price just to get the top. They were incredibly unprofessional and rude. I won't be coming back and will be looking for a corporate number to complain to.

Worst customer service ever. They do not know anything and are so clueless. If I had the choice to give it 0 stars, I would.

This place has the worst customer service. I do not recommend it to anyone. At the Lee Trevino office I had an encounter with assistant manager Isabel. She was rude and not very helpful at all. I had purchased 2 uniforms as a gift for my husband who just graduated nursing school. They fit a size to large. I went in to exchange them. Mind you I had my receipt and the uniforms had all their tags. Her response was that it is not her problem and that why they have fitting rooms. When I asked for her supervisor information she said that she could not give out personal information and how would I like to have my personal information given out. Since when is a contact name and number for a supervisor personal information. I will never go back and do not recommend anyone to shop there. I would advice you to take your money to a place that knows how to treat their customers.

The best store to purchase scrubs in town! Amazing staff, great hours, really help full. I left the store super happy! 10/10
