Sign Design

I paid a rush fee for the work, and they said they would call me and have my sign ready at 1. Then they said it would be ready at three and they would call at 3 and never called. Then I went at 4:15 and they were closed when the sign says they close at 5. they lie to you but yet take your money.

Do not do business with this company. We ordered a sign from them and not only did the sign not light up, it did not match the mockups that were sent. We ordered another street sign and it arrived with completely incorrect dimensions. Then they refused to fix the work, or give a refund. Would not recommend this business, they will take your money and run with it, and provide no customer service. The work itself doesn't even look good after being installed. very disappointed.

This place is really amazing. I approached them with what I was looking for and the owner told me it would take one week for the product to be completed. I was contacted the next day by his employees to confirm choices of what I was looking for and confirmed it would take a few days, however after 3 days total it was ready to go and was really better than I imagined it. Thank you, i will be returning.

I went in with a basic idea of what I needed. Ashley asked the right questions to confirm what I had in mind. Gloria turned the information into art! I was given full details about the kinds of materials available. Step by step I was contacted to confirm size, materials and colors. Installation was done by Charles and Jairo, who arrived early on the scheduled day. Absolutely gracious and professional people all the way!

Called to check on my order and no one ever answers. Went to the shop and the owner was very rude and was sitting their talking bad about customers and employees. Their prices are not good for the hassle you go through with their lack of customer service and they did the work late! Never again. All the 5 star reviews they have are from the owner, family and friends! It's obvious they all have the same last name!
